On 3/21/23 around 6:20 pm I ordered 4 of the new chicken wraps and a potato taco. I didn't receive my potato taco and all 4 of my wraps had extremely old chicken in them that you couldn't even bite into. When I called the clinton sc kfc to let them know. The lady who answered the phone decided instead of making it right wanted to scream at me and be extremely unprofessional amd rude. I think it’s terrible to serve someone hot wings that’s so hard you can’t chew them and when you call
803 276 5581 no one answers the phone..... I hope higher authorities sees my post pick up the phone and at least say one moment please if you are extremely busy poor management will cause you to go out of business.
