I was in Newberry visiting a family member, so I decided to stop there to get us a nite to eat before we hit the road home, in Woodruff. I heard the guy tell the customer in front of me, that only had dark meat. So I got up there and I ordered a chicken sandwich, they didn't have any fillets for the chicken sandwiches. So we decided we would all order a 2pc meal for$5. Got to window, paid, was asked to pull up and they'd bring it out to me. So it took like 20 minutes. I can see in the dining room. I see a guy that I had met at my family members house, who doesn't work there. He had on street clothes , he was there with 2 little girls. I guess he ordered his food, while the 2 girls ran around the dining room. So the employee handed him a bag and him and the 2 little girls headed towards the door by me. He said "here's your food". I only met him twice ,so he didn't recognize me but I said "Thank you ,and I called him by his name" He said "you are welcome ". I can't believe that another customer brought my food to me, who does that?I was shocked. I got 3 of those meals, none of them had biscuits or forks, for the mashed potatoes, no napkins either. I don't know who the manager is but they're doing a piss poor job. I use to work at KFC and I know how things are supposed to be done. The whole customer serving customer thing is crazy.

I had to go in to get my family meal which cost 53 dollars but as I was looking out my window of my car I saw a worker delivered food to another car then spit as he was walking in the building and wiped his mouth with the gloves he had on the started fixing my bucket of chicken I made him change gloves.
It's too expensive. The taste was okay, but it wasn't clean enough and I waited too long, about 25 minutes.

Let's start by pointing out that there's a Zaxby's across the street, and a Popeyes down the road. Good luck. I say in the restaurant for an hour trying to pick up a mobile order that could've been handed to me at the drive through before someone told me they didn't have enough chicken to fill my order, then argued with me that they couldn't give me a refund or change the order. Eventually an off duty manager showed up and gave me a substitution for the food they ran out of
Once again, there's a Zaxby's across the street, and a Popeyes just down the road.

Went through drive through ordered the fried steak dinner. Recieved 2 piece keg and back. Went to return and get order corrected. The manager Bryant would refund me and proceed to argue that was what I order. I didn't want argue just wanted my order corrected. So had to reorder to get what I wanted PLUS WALK AWAY WITH WHAT I DIDNT ORDER. BECAUSE HE WOULDNT REFUND ME. I NEVER HERD OF SUCH. This guy needs to be addressed.

Not a bit satisfied for my first time. Terrible service they got some bad attitudes, rushed to order on the drive thru. I couldn't eat my food because no forks or napkins provided. Definitely the owner needs to replace this type of workers they giving terrible services.

This Newberry location is great. My wife and I are happy too inform the readers an customer that morning shift is awesome. My food was banging an the woman at the window/manager, has great customer service and a joyous personality. Fast an speedy service this experience was finger licking good. Keep up the good work an assure the workers stay on it because most restaurant around here has nothing on this location.

I gave them three tries. Each time they did not get my order correct. I asked for all white meat and got all dark. This is my last trip to KFC Newberry. The staff members appear to be incompetent.

Food was tasteless and dry once you got past the crust. Order was mostly correct but there was a glitch. Cost of my meal for 3 people was $50.70. I thought this was quite expensive.

The meals are too high for what is included. We did not want the drink with the meal. They could only take 20 cents off on the meal. When we asked for the white meat, there was an extra charge.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. No one else in the place yet staff was totally unfriendly and service was terrible. I got my meal first and was half-way through when I had to ask what happened to my husband's meal. I would never go back.
