Quite possibly one of the Top Five Worst fast food restaurant experiences in my life. Walked in 11:30ish and had to wait for an employee to get off his phone so we could order. Unbelievable. Then we clearly asked for Fingers Combo #4 and Fingers Combo #5. He even ask us what sauce we wanted for the tenders. What we got was a a four piece tender combo (with the wrong side ) and a four piece chicken combo. When I pointed out that’s wasn’t what I ordered, I was told pointedly “yes it was “. So not wanting to create a scene , I just said okay. But the four piece combo was nasty. Grease dripping off each piece. The box was soaked with grease. Skin was so soggy it fell off the breast. Chicken falling off the bone. I should say sliding off the bone. Inedible. So I tossed the whole thing away. What I should’ve done was take it back to the counter and demand that one of them eat this garbage. But again not wanting to start a fight , I just left. And I will never be back. Done.

Food was pretty good aside from out pie poppers being artic cold and raw. Service was very rushed and half assed with an attitude that felt more like they didnt want to be here. Was unable and unwilling to make the fill ups a large meal[despite it being clearly advertised] and gave us no notice that substitution of sides had an uncharge. When asking for extra sauces the attitude given was agressive and nothing like this place use to be. As someone whos worked customer service most of my life, I felt I was getting my order taken by a rude customer rather than an employee.

So disappointed with the food. $27 for 12 little tiny chicken nuggets and six tiny strips meal. The manager is very nice, but the food is awful. I was okay that they got my online order wrong and I had to go back in to get it corrected. But got home thinking I’m feeding three of us on 27 dollars and it only fed 2. The nuggets were cold and probably sat for a while and they are very tiny with soggy breading. The strips are a joke, also very small. I’m done with KFC.

We came here, received friendly & quick service. Everything was FABULOUS!!!! Food was great, so glad we came here!!! Restaurant clean, smelled great, tables clean, as busy as they are, everything looks great. We were also greeted when we walked in & were waited on & served quickly by Sue. Kitchen staff is AMAZING!!!!

I was in Newberry visiting a family member, so I decided to stop there to get us a nite to eat before we hit the road home, in Woodruff. I heard the guy tell the customer in front of me, that only had dark meat. So I got up there and I ordered a chicken sandwich, they didn't have any fillets for the chicken sandwiches. So we decided we would all order a 2pc meal for$5. Got to window, paid, was asked to pull up and they'd bring it out to me. So it took like 20 minutes. I can see in the dining room. I see a guy that I had met at my family members house, who doesn't work there. He had on street clothes , he was there with 2 little girls. I guess he ordered his food, while the 2 girls ran around the dining room. So the employee handed him a bag and him and the 2 little girls headed towards the door by me. He said "here's your food". I only met him twice ,so he didn't recognize me but I said "Thank you ,and I called him by his name" He said "you are welcome ". I can't believe that another customer brought my food to me, who does that?I was shocked. I got 3 of those meals, none of them had biscuits or forks, for the mashed potatoes, no napkins either. I don't know who the manager is but they're doing a piss poor job. I use to work at KFC and I know how things are supposed to be done. The whole customer serving customer thing is crazy.

I had to go in to get my family meal which cost 53 dollars but as I was looking out my window of my car I saw a worker delivered food to another car then spit as he was walking in the building and wiped his mouth with the gloves he had on the started fixing my bucket of chicken I made him change gloves.
