I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and Slice N Stix, but I was given two pepperoni pizzas instead, which are cheaper than what I paid for. When I spoke to the manager about a refund, they refused, which completely ruined our family night’s dinner and my day. Very disappointed with the service and the way it was handled.

The food was great. The place was very well kept. The service was nothing like the one in Ballentine/Irmo. They kept telling me that everything that I wanted to order had to be placed online. So, I just finally went with what I could.
Ordered online and noticed drive was wrapped around building so I decide to go around and go inside and pick up pizza and door was locked already?? It was 850 at night and online said they close at 10 is this normal to have the inside closed over an hour before close? It seemed to upset many people that went to the door and couldn’t get in . And it created a huge problem at drive through. Then our pizza was ice cold since we waited so long . And then the employee didn’t even have our sauce ready that came with our order..Horrible experience
