Long wait at the drive order point. Longer wait time at the window. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Reheated hamburgers at best. Tough meat patties on all we had. Not going back. This place needs better training and management. Wish I could leave a lower rating for them. Avoid this place.

Placed a mobile order today waited in the area for them to bring it out . Waited over 45 mins . Tried to cancel order. The inside was locked at 11:30 am drive through wrapped around the building with only one lane open still could not cancel . Contacted the customer service line for a refund because again nobody would answer the phone on the store. Whoever is running this place is doing a terrible job .

Awful online order option, waited for an acknowledgement for 10 minutes at the speaker, then they started to prepare my order only when I pulled up. Said my drinks were unavailable and didn't offer anything but water

Just Senior coffee at twice the price it used to be. My survivor's check did not go up, so this is why I do not understand everyone else getting more money. It's price gouging at its best and all eateries are doing it.

Worst Mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. Went to the drive thru around 4:40 waited atleast 15-20 minutes and decided to go inside. Order my food at 5:03 and didn’t get my food until 5:45. Once I got my food they messed up the ENTIRE order. They gave me a burger that wasn’t mine didn’t give me my bbq burger or mc double they also forgot to give me extra fries in the kids meal instead I got apple slices and found HAIR in my burger. I am HIGHLY upset I waited AN HOUR for this. I will not be coming back here!!
