First, no one could tell me if they had an RV dump station. (Even though their website said they have one) Second, the person working the diesel desk had to finish her cigarette before she could even try to help me. Third, the McDonalds took my order in the app and charged me even though they were closed. I still haven't received a credit. This place gives Love's a bad name.

Excellent food service but horrible customer service, the cashier seems to be paid with stones, it seems like she doesn't want to be there, and I have been there more than 5 times and all 5 times it is a different cashier and she behaves in the same way. I would like her to The manager of that place paid attention, I arrived and they told me that there was no cash in the box, and I waited for someone else to arrive and when another person arrived they quickly attended to it, I don't know why it was but I'm starting to think that it's a So much racist of him.

For being located at a truck stop that keeps America trucks and travel people the food doesn't taste right and the service is very poor the employees all have there ear buds in and tell you to order from the kiosk rather than the counter

What a surprise. Very helpful and kind at register. The bathroom was immaculate. We came to Newberry to pick up a puppy. Stopped here because it was close. My only negative was all soda machines were down but on the upside the tea was great.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I waited 25 minutes at curbside and never received my order. When I went inside to check, my order was just sitting on the counter. I asked an employee about it, but she ignored me. Another associate finally handed it to me, but by then, the food was cold.
I know what McDonald’s is and would never normally leave a comment like this, but I felt it was important to let others know. If you’re in a hurry, do not order here LOL.
