Sat in drive through for 5 minutes, nobody responded... Went in. Had 2-3 people look at me and kept walking... Someone finally acknowledged me and said someone will be with me in a minute... For fast food it's slow and appeared unprepared.

Waited 20 minutes and ordered on app. Said food was ready head in. Definitely wasn't ready. Lady gave me a medium coffee not large that I ordered andpaid for, she didn't put sugar in it. Food was not good. Cold

Laziest bunch of people I've ever seen! 20 minutes for an iced coffee and a coke. Another man waited 10 minutes for a tea. No customers in the store but myself and 1 person. Stated no coffee made, hateful, and not interesting in doing their job. All that time for shitty coffee with no ice and a coke 3/4 of the way full. This is a busy truck stop. No one wants to deal with this kind of service.

Waited at the checkout for ten minutes with no acknowledgement of my existence. Tried to order on the kiosk to try to get an order in and was similarly ignored for another ten minutes. Downloaded the app and ordered on there taking a few more minutes to do so. Still had to wait 15 minutes for one Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel. Can we please get some attention in these establishments instead of it being drive through focused?

I have visited this location for breakfast 3 different times. The first time there was no problem. The second time I waited and waited at the drive-through ordering area and no one responded, so I left without ordering. The third time I saw a truck at the pay window waiting while I was waiting to place my order. The truck apparently got tired of waiting and pulled off without anyone taking his payment. I waited awhile longer to order, but no one took my order, so I left, too.

Ordered using the kiosk, kiosk has no receipt paper so I was unavailable to see my order information including the order number that’s usually on the receipt. When I asked them about my order they couldn’t find it as I don’t have a receipt and they clear orders as soon as they come in to make their numbers look good causing my order to be lost.
