5:49pm got my confirmation of online order for 2 chicken sandwich meals nothing special was told to wait at door at 6:30 walked in to be told they had to drop Patties, no communication at all went back out to wait . Finally 6:48 I had to walk in and get it myself! I’ll never visit this one again ! Those Patties shoulda been dropped the second that order hit

Chicken places all think they have the best product. I think they think it's gold. It's nothing special about over priced chicken that's mediocre at best. 2 piece dinner combo is 12 bucks. Not a lot of food for the price. Pieces are relatively small and your order is almost always mixed up. This franchise needs Corporate supervision.

I want to say first of all the food was good as with most Popeyes I've been too. With that being said, my wife and I were taken back by how loud the gospel music was playing which I really didn't mind until the manager yelled over the music "this is f...... gospel music and you don't mess with God." Interestingly I did not get a receipt or my tenders until I asked for them and the cashier didn't speak but only pointed at the shrimp basket while rolling her eyes for me to give it to her so she put the tenders on it. At that point it was still ok until the profanity and extreme volume of the unprofessional manager's voice while yelling at everyone was practically causing indigestion. If anyone with autism or PTSD were present they would not have been able to handle the utter disrespect of their customers. Two other customers left while we tried to eat and we noticed they took a video of the staff. I myself have a voice recording of the manager's actions and never received a receipt(Visited the store on January 5, 2024 at approximately 1pm)

It's been a long time since I've been here, so I decided to try it today. Though employees were courteous... a lot of little issues with food and order added up to a one star rating. Ordered a 3 piece white meat spicy chicken combo w/red beans and rice. Received a breast with neck still attached, a wing and drumstick. Last I checked a leg was dark meat...or maybe the neck is counted as white meat? Red beans and rice had just enough red beans to change the color of the rice, but not much more...perhaps a shortage of red beans? Ordered a water with my combo, and was charged over $13 for this substandard meal...cashier confirmed meal would be same price with any other drink. Lastly, no receipt was offered nor given, though I neglected to ask for one...must be a requirement to ask here. Anyway...it will be another "long time" before I come back to this place.
