I came to Sonic today and had a really frustrating experience. Some white older women was taking our order. We placed our first order, and when we asked to do a second order right after finishing the first, the employee immediately said “no” without any explanation. We said “what” and she said “no” again. we asked why, and she finally said, “We aren’t doing two orders right now.”
she was very rude.

The food and service used to be excellent here. I don't know what happened to this location in the last couple of months, but they're horrible now. So disappointing, it WAS the one fast food place in Newberry that didn't suck.

Ordered a double smasher burger and groovy fries shii was hella bussin I was able to feel the tastiness in my dihh💔🥀 MOD Enoc was very helpful in putting the fries in the bag bro💀

Went to Newberry, SC Sonic order station. Hit the button, screen said it was activated and someone would be with us in a little bit. Over 10 minutes later no one asked for our order. They took an order to the car next to us so we figured they would ask but no such luck. We left and went to another fast food restaurant and got immediate service.

It's a older Sonics and needs some updates inside. The staff was great the young lady that helped us was friendly and very helpful, she needs 5 Stars. The chicken sandwich was good, the onion ring were ok needed to be cooked just a little crisper. We went in to order but took food with us.
