I spent $8 on a summer berry lemonade venti and you can’t even tell there’s lemonade in it. Won’t be coming back, this is why I go 7brew.

Placed an order for take out and had my friend pick it up since I was at work, when he did the bald man behind the counter was rude to him. As well as they messed up my order as shown in the picture.

Came to pick up an order for my friend and only saw one thing with her name on it on the pick up counter. I didn’t realize she had ordered more till I looked at the receipt and asked her about it and she confirmed there were more items. So I returned to the store and try explaining my situation to a white bald man and immediately I sense an attitude and felt rushed while explaining my situation then he pointed out that it would be in the pick up counter, and I had to explain that it was not there, and then he said it could be in the drive-through and it clearly was, but when asking for the name, he had an attitude again. Also got the wrong drink and it looks disgusting.

You never know what a person driving thru the Starbucks drive thru is dealing with at that moment! The fire alarm with CPI went off at my house while out of town, the fire truck and neighbors told me everything was okay so I called CPI to get more information and to schedule a technician. I ask him to hold while I placed my order because I was in line at the Drive Thur. I placed my order for coffee, heard the girl repeat my order, so I pulled forward and processed to listen to the alarm company employee setting up an appointment. When I got to the window the employee working the drive rudely said to me “that was very rude for you to pull forward before I finished”. I said “I am on the phone with my house security company”. She repeated her first statement sternly. The CPI personal on the phone with me heard her too and was shocked with the rudeness of the employee at a Starbucks Drive Thru would speak to me that way. What she didn’t know is I’m from out of town and the fire truck just left my house, I was an upset already without her rudeness. Do better Starbucks!

We got the chestnut latte and the peppermint mocha and both coffees were burnt. We also got the double smoked sandwiches and both were overdone.

Apparently when you spend 15+ here your still not allowed to have a large water. Asked if I could use stars to pay for part of the order but apparently you can't do that? You have to pay for the whole thing. On top of this still got the order made incorrectly. Guess have patience when you go here.

Everytime I order a certain drink they always forget to add one thing then when you take it back they don't apologize or nothing about it and a guy dk if he's the manager or what but he doesn't act no kind of way when I do take my drink back he never say anything don't apologize or nothing that's sad seems like they get an attitude about it but if you pay for something you should get it how you want it one young lady did fix it for me today without attitude or nothing so thanks young lady

The milk in the drink I ordered was spoiled and when I asked for it to be remade the woman at the drive thru caught an attitude. The drink was not remade and I ended up throwing it in the trash.

Me and my mom stopped by here otw back to Charleston and we were very happy with the service the staff gave. Liz took our order and she was so helpful when ordering. I wanted to try something new. Unfortunately when I tried it, it wasn’t for me. But when I asked Justin to add more pumps of sweetener, he was so kind and accommodating. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He didn’t seem annoyed that I didn’t like my drink what so ever. Great service. We’ll stop by again whenever we’re in town
