Last week, we had Subway cater sandwiches for 40 people during the tailgate of a sporting event. The catering was excellently arranged, and everything was ready for us at the agreed time. Everyone was very pleased with the delicious sandwiches! I can wholeheartedly recommend this location.

If I could put a 0 I would! This place is so trash they don’t know what an Italian sub is. I paid 60$ for the food and didn’t even get half of what I wanted ! DONT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE. I asked for a new sub they told me no. I asked for my money back they also told me no.

My Godson gave me a gift certificate and I enjoyed two sandwiches so far. The food is fresh, service excellent, though the location at Bear Village in Newberry, South Carolina need to be encouraged to be generous with the toppings, as they are pretty tight if you don't speak. Times are too tough and the bread rolls decreased in size. Otherwise, I have been around for many years and understand conservation, but we are paying good money, so give us the food please. Otherwise, nice people and I wish you peace.

This place has the worse customer service! I ordered online and made the mistake and not enter a time. I simply called, spoke with Michelle, asked if I could have my time changed, she listened to nothing I said and with an attitude said they are preparing your now. I calmly said to her I only want to change the time as to when I can pick it up. She said with attitude that she could not change the time. So, I said since the time cannot be changed to please refund my money. She said with an attitude that they will not refund the money. This is when I got an attitude right back with her, after I did that, she played the victim and tells me to calm down. I told her I am talking to her the way she is talking to me and I and I am not calming down, she again played the victim and disconnected. Then she calls my phone back as if I was going to be calm with her and then puts some man on the line as if it would had made a difference. One thing the people at that place needs to know having an attitude is only going to get you an attitude back! I really never go to the subways here in Newberry because of the people who own them do not know what it is to give great customer service. The only reason I ordered at this place is because I had a gift card and they were in the direction as to where I was going. They can keep the gift card and the little $2. They will never get any of my business again EVER!

My coworker grabbed me a sub for lunch when I got the sub the bread was hard as a rock and I had 2 piece of ham on my sub I called back to speak with someone and I got the manager who was very rude and nasty and denied me of a refund and told me to shut up and hung up on me!!! Will never get my business again!!!
