My coworker grabbed me a sub for lunch when I got the sub the bread was hard as a rock and I had 2 piece of ham on my sub I called back to speak with someone and I got the manager who was very rude and nasty and denied me of a refund and told me to shut up and hung up on me!!! Will never get my business again!!!

I ordered 2 cold cut trios... supposed to have three kinds of meat and these 2 subs had 2 very thin pieces of meat on them. Very disappointed for the money spent and the product not received. This used to be my go to store not sure anymore.

I been first time to this subway, they served fresh, delicious food. The beast sub was my favorite. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Much better than the one on main st.we sat and ate peacefully. Would totally recommend ? ? ?All thanks to the new management.

Meat is old. Was not kept at temp. I got a regular ham and cheese sub. Meat and cheese was hot. Didn’t have the sub toasted or anything. Sent in a complaint and all the owner said was he would check the cameras to see who made the sandwich. It doesn’t matter who made it. Your line where your meats and produce are isn’t working properly. That’s not a job for your employees to fix.

Stopped here on our way to Charleston. Poor woman working was the only one working. The owner walked in the store, cleary noticed a very long line, didn't offer any help at all, and just waked out and left. What a great example of a leader that he displayed...The lady said he never helps. He won't hire because he wants to save money and not pay anymore for more help. The store was absolutely filthy! Dead flies behind all the bags of chips. Bathrooms disgusting, toilet seat and top of toilet looked like it was super glued back together because of a crack which caused both to be split into.
