I got home they gave me the wrong sub..I called back out there..lady told me to bring my receipt and they will give me another sub tomorrow. I live 30 min away..next day when I arrive the lady went and got the manager and act like we didn't have the conversation the day before.. manager attitude was nasty..I was spending money every other day there. Not anymore. Get rid of the manager and her 2 side kicks. Poor costumer service 😢

The Toaster was broken so they used the microwave without asking, they also didn’t have any fresh veggies they were all very discolored and when I asked if I could get a discount they refused, I don’t understand how I’m expected to pay normal price for a sandwich that’s almost 15$ that can’t even be made correctly with good contents

New Start

When this store closes for good it will be because the owner hired a manager that made sure they had as few customers as possible by providing the worst service EVER. the manager has the worse attitude and she has ZERO customer service skills...She messed up my entire order and then told me she wasn't going to fix it 15 minutes after I left giving her back to food in tact.I think owners should know that you will only end up with two types of employees...those that help you make money and those that help you LOSE money...I want my money back now and I will NEVER come back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! I will make sure to spread the word as well.

The sauce bottles are dirty and slimy, the bread is old and hard, the soda machine is dirty and some of the flavors don't work. Veggies are wet, wilted, and slimy. I heard a customer complain and wanted to get in contact with the owner, so the employee told her to keep talking because the owner can hear her through the camera instead of giving the customer information to contact customer service. Very rude, poor food, locals don't trust due poor reputation from past ownership and from current experiences.

Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes watching people walk in and get served. The girl looked over and saw me waiting to order multiple times but ignored me and only catered to people inside that arrived after I had been waiting for quite a while. I don’t mind waiting. But she could have at least acknowledged me or told me she would be with me soon. It was very apparent she had no intentions of trying to help me.

Ordered a BLT. Clerk asked if I wanted vegetables with it. I questioned what she meant. Her reply, "Lettuce and tomato!" Isn't that what a BLT is? ?

I was next in line, employee as to excuse to refill cheese and the like. Another employee jumps in to fill an digital order. She proceeds to use up all the meatball marinara supply. I had come in for a 6-in meatball marinara but there wasn't anything to make it.
They offered, if I wanted to wait some more, they would get it together but it was going to take a little time. How generous? They didn't deserve my business and I believe they don't really care.

Your order is what you expect, but the southern hospitality sets this Subway apart. Our whole family ordered subs without asking for drinks, and when we sat down to eat, one of the employees (Laura?) brought water cups to our table. A very sweet gesture!

This was the worst experience ever! Myb2 subs were incorrectly prepared and noone did anything about it. The person who was supposed to be supervising or managing that day had a horrible attitude and yelled at me twice. I walked away hurt and knowing that I will NEVER return to this location again. Once I got home, I realized that they gave me the wrong sandwichs.!! I called to let them know only to be yelled at again. I ended up giving the sandwiches to a local church who has workers doing yard work. I hate paying for something that I don't want. I also do not like horrible customer service. If a person has an unpleasant attitude, they should not work in a customer based facility. I will never return here and I will tell my family, friends and colleagues about this location.
