Doordashed a meal and the dash went through because I got assigned a driver. The driver had to call me because at first subway was claiming they never received my order and when they were told to check “third party senders” subway claimed that my form of payment which was through doordash was declined when it wasnt. They told the dasher they wouldnt make my sandwhich until I paid when i already did through the app obviously. Then finally an hour later they made my sandwhich.

I went in and ordered a sub, upon checkout I was handed 2 bags of food but didn’t think anything of it until I got to the car, because I had 2 cookies as well. opened the bag and it was another sandwich that wasn’t mine, but by this point I had touched the sandwich with my bare hands because I figured it was mine and so obviously they can’t serve that even if I brought it back. It’s unsanitary. The worker who handed me both bags literally came out to my car, and stood there until I rolled the window down. She asked about the sandwich, immediately gave it to her (didn’t eat it obviously it wasn’t mine) but she scoffed, rolled her eyes and said “come on” even though she was the one who gave it to me…. I was handed both bags, it’s not like I grabbed it off of a shelf or something. This is after tipping that same employee when I paid for my food too. Assuming since she went back inside with the sandwich she had every intention to serve it to the customer behind me!!! Really gross and unprofessional on their part to blame the mistake on the customer and serve a contaminated sandwich….

It has been years since ive been here, the place has been remodeled since and it looks great! The staff was very friendly and can we talk about how fast those ladies were!!!! I will not be hesitant on coming back!!!

The whole point of ordering ahead is to get your order ahead of time. I understand there was a rush, but I still ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes. At that point, I might as well have just ordered in person. It turned into a real inconvenience, especially since my sister had somewhere she needed to be. Next time, I hope there’s better priority given to those who ordered in advance.

Terrible Management. When asked for deluxe they gave the regular amount. Nobody there quite understands english and kept making mistakes. Manager couldn’t help when asked.

I got home they gave me the wrong sub..I called back out there..lady told me to bring my receipt and they will give me another sub tomorrow. I live 30 min away..next day when I arrive the lady went and got the manager and act like we didn't have the conversation the day before.. manager attitude was nasty..I was spending money every other day there. Not anymore. Get rid of the manager and her 2 side kicks. Poor costumer service 😢

The Toaster was broken so they used the microwave without asking, they also didn’t have any fresh veggies they were all very discolored and when I asked if I could get a discount they refused, I don’t understand how I’m expected to pay normal price for a sandwich that’s almost 15$ that can’t even be made correctly with good contents

New Start

When this store closes for good it will be because the owner hired a manager that made sure they had as few customers as possible by providing the worst service EVER. the manager has the worse attitude and she has ZERO customer service skills...She messed up my entire order and then told me she wasn't going to fix it 15 minutes after I left giving her back to food in tact.I think owners should know that you will only end up with two types of employees...those that help you make money and those that help you LOSE money...I want my money back now and I will NEVER come back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! I will make sure to spread the word as well.

The sauce bottles are dirty and slimy, the bread is old and hard, the soda machine is dirty and some of the flavors don't work. Veggies are wet, wilted, and slimy. I heard a customer complain and wanted to get in contact with the owner, so the employee told her to keep talking because the owner can hear her through the camera instead of giving the customer information to contact customer service. Very rude, poor food, locals don't trust due poor reputation from past ownership and from current experiences.

Sat in the drive thru for ten minutes watching people walk in and get served. The girl looked over and saw me waiting to order multiple times but ignored me and only catered to people inside that arrived after I had been waiting for quite a while. I don’t mind waiting. But she could have at least acknowledged me or told me she would be with me soon. It was very apparent she had no intentions of trying to help me.
