We came through the drive through to place an order the lady on the intercom was rude and unprofessional !!!! Will never come back !

every time we place a mobile order for drive thru, we do it 5-10 minutes before we get there. at speaker they tell us to come inside, and then when we do they make us wait 10+ minutes, sometimes up to 20 or just ignore you. they say they’re “not taking mobile orders through drive thru”, or that we placed it for counter even after we show them that it was for drive thru. they’ll take normal drive thru orders, doesn’t make sense because they have to make the food right away instead of having had time to prepare it. they’re usually rude, give people who arrived after us their food but we always waitin
Love the prices, of course. They made Baja Blast, and it went bananas!!! One of my favorite drinks EVER, so I'll be forever thankful!!!

Place order online standing in the store because the menus were different, tried to get an employee to assist with no luck. Waited at the counter for 40 mins, while my ready order just sat under the lamps. Finally an employee asked if I was they for door dash and let her know that no, my online order was supposed to be ready. Half of my food was burnt way beyond being edible, the best part was the root beer drink. As much as I normally enjoy taco bell, I will not be spending any money there any time soon.

Failed to fill a drive thru order off peak hours in 30 minutes, had to abandon order. Nobody employed here has any real value and that's on management. Do not spend a dime here, let them fail and another franchisee come in.

Me and my mom walked in at 12:30 and we only ordered 4 hard tacos we didn’t receive our food until 1:25. While ordering this one lady in the front was very helpful other than that everything was slow. They prioritized the drive tru more than anything. We were the only two people dining in.

The staff today was amazing. The food was hot, fresh, and flavored. I witnessed the staff helping other customers and Ryan G. helped me. I'm just pa passing through, but I'll return when I'm in the area.

It is 9:02 pm On may 19 2025. I just went through the drive through and received the highest quality of costumer service from Yanasia I'm not sure if I have the spelling of her name correct but her smile changed my evening in a highly positive way. And this young lady deserves recognition. I will be back in hopes of running into her.
These idiots could get an order correct if it was the only order they ever received. Today we were the only car in the drive thru and nobody inside. A #4 and 3 soft tacos and ended up with only 2 soft tacos. This is just one example but every time I have been here they have messed up the order.
