These idiots could get an order correct if it was the only order they ever received. Today we were the only car in the drive thru and nobody inside. A #4 and 3 soft tacos and ended up with only 2 soft tacos. This is just one example but every time I have been here they have messed up the order.

Restaurant stank when we walked in. Had to order via kiosk. So I did. But I pay cash. They don't make order til you pay, couldn't get anyone to counter to pay. A woman in front of us was trying to get her bottled water, 2 employees told her it was in the back. (Was she supposed to go back & get it?) Cause when we left with no food, she STILL hasn't gotten her water. Went to KFC right next door & received superb service!! No kiosk either.

What a refreshing experience at Taco Bell! From the moment I got to the drive-through speaker, I felt welcomed. The southern hospitality continued at the window and when my food was delivered to me. Unfortunately, customer service doesn’t help the stomach ache I’m about to get from eating this food but the experience was great! A+, Taco Bell, Newberry!
Could have used more sour cream on my supreme soft tacos. Each one had a dab on the end, put all 3 together, and would have been sufficient for one.
