Picked up a box od donuts this morning.. Very nice people, clean place and Best donuts ever. I just moved from texas where there is a mom and pop donut shop on every corner. Here, NOTHING but cake donuts.. Wished yall would open a place on Harberson in columbia. We need good donuts. Call me, I would love to work for u. 🍩😊

We were in Newberry for a doctor’s appointment and found this place online. We both got the hot dog plate and then got cheese straws and banana pudding cake to go! Everything was delicious and the people were friendly!

Went to Laila's Place with my parents. We had burgers and the roast beef sandwich. The burgers were some of the best we have had anywhere- not greasy nor salty, just really tasty. The roast beef sandwich was full of meat and tasty too. My parents got the potato salad and two of us got fries too. Everything we had for lunch was good. The service was excellent with friendly staff. We went back later for ice cream. Lots of ice cream choices there.

I took the kiddos to cool off with a sweet treat! We each got ice cream and everything was DELICIOUS! The banana pudding, lemon sorbet and raspberry sorbet are my favorites 🫶🏼

I stumbled upon this delightful spot while visiting Newberry, SC. I am so glad I did. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. They offer a great selection of sandwiches, ice cream, and homemade baked goods—including cakes, cookies, lemon bars, and cheese straws—that taste just like something out of grandma’s kitchen. The staff was not only professional but also genuinely helpful and kind. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were warm, welcoming, and shared the sweet story behind the name of the establishment—truly touching. If you find yourself in or near Newberry, do yourself a favor and stop by. This place was such a wonderful surprise and an all-around great experience. Highly recommend

As I was eating a bacon cheese burger, I realized that I had to make a review of the food. The burger and fries were fresh, juicy and delicious. The service friendly and welcoming. The prices were reasonable. Although, full from eating we had to return later for milkshakes and cookies. Also, delicious.

Well definitely not what reviews say!! Place needs to be updated and floors and place dirty needs good cleaning!! I had Chicken Salad taste like store bought!! This was are first stop in Newberry Not impressed at all. Looks like a cheap Ice cream shop!! Coffee taste like water. So decided to pass on and bake goods, they probably came from convenience store. Sorry but like I said your website is sure not how place looks or food is. It’s states a cafe far from that Definitely first and only visit

Got a cheese chicken Philly, PB&J, fries and shakes. Food was good, service was fast and friendly with a smile. Shakes was good, they use the big straws so drinking a shake was smooth!
