Customer service is key in every line of business. Wanted to try a new restaurant however when you are overlooked not once but twice to be seated. (No preference on seating)Being observant is key in the restaurant industry. Please work with your hostesses to be more observant so you won’t loose new business in the future. Newberry is growing and more people are moving to the area.

It's like Cheers. Everybody knows everybody there. Great food, especially the ribs. Awesome. The fries are to die for. Decent selection of draft beers, as well. No, it's not a fancy place and if it's really crowded it gets loud, but I love it.Parking: Lots of parking around the back. Don't be discouraged if the front lot is full.

We wound up choosing The Palms last night for dinner bc the food and service is consistently very good. Last night did not disappoint! We love the loaded bbq chicken nachos and get it every time we come. The burgers are backyard grill good!

Wish I remembered her name, we had the BEST service, From our server and the lady who brought out our food. Drinks and food, yuuuuuummmy!!!!!!! Will return!!!
Not sure what to say here. Great service! I’m probably being too harsh on the 3-star atmosphere rating but I can’t get past it…I’ve eaten here twice and both times I feel like I’m walking into “Mel’s Diner”. It’s weird. Servers are very friendly. Dressed well. Food is not 5 star but deserves 4.
We celebrated our anniversary at a show downtown and decided to grab a bite to eat. After several choices we narrowed it down to the Palms. So glad we did. The service was great and so was the food. I'd mention our waitress buy didn't catch the name. Will make sure to come here after our next Newberry adventure.
This place was able to host a very large group of us last minute and they were nothing but gracious the entire time. Food was fantastic and came out very quickly! Service was wonderful as well, definitely come back!
