Left after too long of a wait and being totally ignored by the staff. As we turned to leave a man brought his tea up and there was some large something in the tea. I did not care to look any closer. Wish there was a way to contact the owners.

Newberry Wendy's has got to be there worst I have ever visited. Rude, slow, and more interested in each other's previous night going out than the customers inside or drive thru. Don't waste you money!
Visiting Wendy’s is always a delightful experience. When I go there there's always cheerful faces of the staff, who seem genuinely happy to be there. It's nice to see people who enjoy their jobs. Their friendly smiles create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I can always count on their helpfulness, whether I need assistance deciding what to order or if I just have a quick question about the menu. The team goes out of their way to make sure every customer feels welcome, and that adds to the overall enjoyment of the visit. What really impresses me, though, is how hot and fresh the food always is. There’s nothing like biting into a delicious burger that has just been made. The fries are perfectly crispy and golden, reminding me of what fast food should be, quick, tasty, and satisfying. When I receive my order, everything is always exactly as I wanted. There are no missing items or mix-ups, which makes me appreciate their attention to detail. It’s a simple joy to know that I can trust Wendy’s to get my order right every time. Went to drive through was greeted buy auto message then told to wait a minute. Well after 15 minutes was really upset still no service so left very disappointed with them. Could have come back after a few minutes and sorry please hold like as a customer I mattered.
