Please be patient with everyone they’re very helpful. Very kind people gave him great service gave me a gift card for my weight. They were so kind. Everyone please be kind to them. They’re working as fast as they can get to you.

Couldn't even get food. We pulled in behind three other cars. After sitting in line for twenty minutes (the line never moved) we pulled out of line to order pizza from Pizza Hut. The vehicle that was at the drive thru window when we pulled in was still sitting there, the white SUV that was at the menu board was still sitting there at the board waiting to order, and the two other cars that were behind it were also still sitting there. We stopped on the drive thru window side and ordered pizza - as we drove off none of the cars had to moved. I wouldn't stop at this Wendy's on a bet.

Online order was messed up. Drive thru lady practically threw the drinks at me. Then had to pull over and wait for the food; with 1 car in front of me.

I have been dealing with fraudulent charges on my credit card since June. Through mail, I received from my credit card company, I have received proof of who stole my card information. An employee at the Newberry Wendy’s stole my card information while on the job. Her name is Avyonah Waters. I’m sure she has stolen others’ information as well

This is the slowest fast food restaurant EVER. The employees make you wait 10 to 20 minutes before even acknowledging you. The move at the pace of water running uphill. I think they take one oflrder and finish it completely before taking another. The food is usually good but they're always out of something and don't tell you til they've already subbed your order and handing it to you. They are the rudest group of people I've ever had to deal with. And if you order online, it won't be started until you get there and tell then you have an online order. The WORSTE PLACE TO STOP!

TL;DR DON'T BRING YOUR KIDS, they play vulgar music on the radios. Also, staff don't want you. They will ignore you as long as they can.
Went here twice this month. I hoped the first time was just a bad day, but this second visit confirmed it. Employees ignore people waiting at the register.
First time, I had to ask someone to come take my order after I waited 10 minutes. I ordered a pretzel baconator. After waiting 20 minutes for it (30 min total wait) I asked where my food was. I was told it was just sitting, ready, right behind the counter. It was just not being handed to me yet. "Baconator," they said. Apparently, they were out of pretzel buns but didn't tell me until half an hour of waiting. I had to wait on a manager for my refund to rush somewhere else while I was still on my lunch break.
Second time, I waited through 5 minutes of being ignored by barely busy employees who made eye contact with me several times. The woman who was waiting in front of me said she had waited 5 minutes prior to me walking in. One young female employee in particular made direct eye contact with me, then turned around and looked for something to do. She found something, completed her task within seconds, and tried to find something else. I was still waiting. Eventually, the manager from last visit came and took my order with a frown. When he finished keying it, he walked away without a word for me to process my card payment and grab my own receipt from behind the counter. The food came out quick enough, so at least that was better than last time.
The second visit, I noticed vulgar rap music was played during my entire 40 minute visit. Kids came in and out. Not at all kid friendly, let alone friendly to polite society.

Just terrible, if you want to be lazy and not do your job the way you are supposed to, go to Wendy’s in Newberry. Every time I go they take forever when there is 2 people in line and they always forget items you ordered. Doordashing has got to be the worst… always missing half my order. Seems like they shove whatever they want in the bag and then send the order out not even checking what’s in there, and they I call customer support and get refunded 8 dollars on 12-13 dollars worth of food that was missing and not to mention it takes 10-12 business days to get that money back

Just keep driving. Don’t even stop.
We waited for our orders to be taken for about 30 minutes while the staff walked by us multiple times looking down their noses at us.
No one of even asked if we had placed our order or if we would like to. Nothing was said between neither us nor the employees. Just absolute rubbish attitudes. Couldn’t get anyone to even look at us long enough to speak.
