if someone returns food for not being made correctly please don’t return them the same food. If it could be corrected they would correct it. Also, don’t offer to remake it after you deliberately gave them back the same food. THATS SO Rude. When you know you should have done that to begin with. A customer paying $14 for a combo and having to return it a second time is just pure laziness. Have some decency when you’re feeding someone or get another job. Mistakes do happen but deliberately handing a paying customer back the same food covered in tomatoe juice and seeds is crazzzzy!! Then asking what’s the issue when I returned the burger x2 and just requested $ back for the burger only. I work for a restaurant and we don’t do this, when mistakes are made we fix them. So thanks Hardees 96 thanks for giving me my money back for my burger after I asked. I didn’t even bother complaining about the cold fries but no thanks for trying to play with me and I was so respectful the entire time. So crazy!!👎🏻👎🏻

What an absolute disappointment. My husband and I stopped in on Friday for lunch around quarter till 1:00. We both ordered the bag deal. He had 2 cheeseburgers and I had 1 cheeseburger and 1 chicken wrap. The buns were super stale and I think my teeny tiny piece of chicken was left over from the day before. Fries were almost cold. They asked us how everything was and so we told them how bad the food was and all they said was they were sorry to hear that.

You can order your food in the mobile app 15 minutes in advance & they will still not have your food ready, with literally nobody in line; then ask you to move forward & wait another 10-15 minutes for one breakfast platter with ONE piece of chicken, because their friends are inside.
