I haven’t been to Hardee’s in 96 in a while but after today, I’ll be going more for sure! Veronica and Ty were getting the job done, with a smile, and great service during the lunch hour rush! The food was ready fast, hot, and tasted great! I love their Chicken Tenders! Ladies, Thank You both for a great lunch today! Veronica, you have gotten Hardee’s back to the way a restaurant should be run!!!

Absolutely horrible. Rude employees & you have to pull up and wait absolutely forever for the sloppiest looking food. Will no longer waste money there, would rather drive to Greenwood Hardees.

Arrived at 9:40 when I walked inside was told that she already closed her register and that her manager said they were closed refused to serve me I understand it was close to closing time but twenty minutes til is crazy.

I came to the restaurant twice one morning and one night and I had the same female she was so respectful and sweet my food was fresh I asked her for her name she said Dominick as long as she working I'll be coming back she was fast got the drive thru down this morning if she not a manager she will make a good one to have a for sure costumer

It's all in the presentation... that's the Motto for Customer Service that I have been adhering to my whole professional life. I ordered through the Mobile App and it told me that the meal would be ready by 6:56PM. I walked in around 7:10 and it wasn't ready. No biggy... better than sitting in the bag and getting cold. However, while I waited in a not-very-busy period, I was able to notice how dirty the counter was. There were smears and dried drink rings along the entire counter. The staff didn't really pay attention to me and handed my meal in a bag and drink with not really looking my way...very strange. As for the sandwich, the chicken was definitely burnt offerings tonight...see picture. It tasted every bit of burnt. I could have said something, but that would have delayed my long drive more. I have eaten at this Hardee's before...never been the cleanest but tonight's experience deemed a review.

It has now officially been a week since Hardee’s refused to give me my food after ordering on the mobile app. As the new assistant manager was absolutely awful and rude . I had my receipt on my gmail and everything . I still have not received so much as an apology or anything .

today pissed me off i got the new grilled cheese bacon burger ok so i was finna eat it and they ain’t have no meat on it nothing but bread cheese and bacon so i went back in there for them to correct my meal so im waiting a girl hands me my burger just for me to get back in the car and no meat again so im never going there again really pissed me off and whoever hardee’s hired as the cook and the window person they don’t need to be working if they can’t get nothing right

The new GM is amazing. There was a situation with a customer today and that customer was being very rude and cursing the Hardee’s GM as she was resolving the issue. I am very impressed at how well she handled herself with the irate customer. She was very professional!!! I would tell everyone to go up there and support Ninety Six Hardee’s and the new GM!! Way to handle yourself!
