5 stars for all that flavor!!!! The sweetest couple that has a passion and love for food opened a restaurant that's a must try. We ordered the curry chicken, oxtails, cabbage, green beans, rice/beans, candy yams and mac/cheese. It was all seasoned very well and we had leftovers. I can taste the love in every bite. The chef has mastered his craft! We will be back!

Today - Saturday, September 14. I tired the New restaurant -BISTRO 41 on HWY 25 COMMUNITY - EDGEFIELD COUNTY - highly recommend from my cousin Keli - the BADDEST BARBER next door. All I can say is HATS OFF to CHEF GANT and his sweet with Kimberly. I ordered the oxtails which comes with rice and two sides and I chose Mac n Cheese and Cabbages. The food was DELICIOUS AND WELL SEASONED. The serving size was enough for two people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the NEW CHEF in town. I will return tomorrow for the CURRY CHICKEN.

This restaurant I am sure is what the area needed! It was Clean, Nice, and more importantly the food was super delicious. We tried everything on the menu but a few of the menu items stood out like the Baked Chicken had us going for a second order to go. The oxtails were seasoned to perfection and the meat fell off the bone. The Mac & Cheese was definitely “MACn”. Candied Yams were not too sweet but just the right amount of sweetness. We will definitely go back 100 times over. Bistro 41 satisfied our soul food fix while we were visiting Downtown Augusta which is only a few minutes away and a straight shot. Bistro 41 for the WIN‼️

I had the liberty of attending the Grand Opening, and it was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! The Fried Fish as well as the Oxtail Dinner Plates were absolutely delicious. I recommend Bistro 41 to anyone in the state of, or neighboring states of SC.
