Food is ok sometimes it may be hot and sometimes cold. Most of the people that take your order act like they could care less about taking your order. They will give you your food and when you say thank you they just turn.and walk away.

This place needs new management. You are lucky to get someone to wait on you and your food may take awhile to get. Horrible service!!
Food is good when it's hot. Hard to get, unless you request it fresh and wait
The biscuits are so crispy and tender the fries are also so tender. I love the Bo berry biscuits they are so sweet. The combo of blueberries, biscuit, and icing is so good!
Food took a little long to come out, but it was hot and fresh and very tasty
Long queue for food. I left before ordering, waited a long time in the drive through.
Every time I come here they are out of something. Usually it’s the chicken wings, but this time I had to wait 20 minutes for fries.
As I’ve said before, the people make the difference! Bravo, what a nice staff for the morning rush!

Disappointing Service at Bojangles
Stopped by Bojangles today for a simple order: a sausage biscuit and a small Bo-Round. I live in downtown Augusta, so I drove back home, only to discover I’d been given a pork chop biscuit instead. Not what I ordered! With the pouring rain outside, I made the trip back, expecting a quick fix. Unfortunately, the service was anything but quick or friendly.
When I explained the mix-up, the cashier was dismissive and almost seemed like she didn’t believe me. She asked for the receipt, so I had to go back out in the rain to retrieve it. After that, she rudely confirmed, “Is that what you wanted, and that’s what you got?” I clarified, and she threw the corrected order into a bag. Honestly, the attitude was completely unnecessary, and it left a bad taste in an already inconvenient experience.
As a side note, the fryer oil could use a change. The food had an off taste, which didn’t help matters. Bojangles needs to step up both their customer service and food quality – today’s experience fell way below standard.
