Solid meal, my steak was slightly under cooked but I did not mind. You will spend 100 bucks on yourself , so if you go with a partner be ready to spend 300+

We just had lunch at Brinkleys. It started off with a nice sized bread with honey butter topped with sea salt. Nice. But then, I ordered a Caprese Salad with grilled shrimp. Not only was the presentation stunningly beautiful but the textures were very flavorful. And the grilled shrimp was the best I've had in years.
Kent was a good server. And the 70s music was very pleasant. Good choice!

This place is very stuffy, and it felt like we were inconveniencing the wait staff to ask for a table.

I’m excited to share about what went well when I decided, unexpectedly, to have dinner at Brinkley’s Chophouse, while in Augusta on business. I can tell you that from the moment I valet parked my car during a busy Thursday evening at SRP ball park, to how quickly I found a seat at the bar, the service from the two very professional bartenders who sparked interesting conversation while providing superb service and the rest of the staff who made my entire meal experience feel like I was watching a well rehearsed ballet. The restaurant was busy but not crowded and had a nice buzz and ambiance about the place, not too loud and not too quiet. My caprese watermelon salad, 16 ounce Duck Fat Delmonico, and chocolate dessert were all excellent and the steak cooked to perfection and accompanied by a tasty vegetable risotto. The meal was coursed out in a properly timed delivery sequence and Sean, the manager, stopped by to check on me and my experience. I will definitely be back and bring my friends. Oh, and when I left to retrieve my car from the valet, they were prompt and courteous, which we need more of this day and age. It's well worth the drive across the bridge from Augusta to experience Brinkley's Chophouse, if I could give it six stars instead of five I would, it was that good!!!

1st time and loved this place. Unique since attached to the Green Jackets Stadium. Duck Fat Delmonico was killer and service equally outstanding!

The A5 Wagyu steak I got was honestly the best steak Ive ever eaten in my life. If it was more affordable, Id come back every couple of weeks just to get it. The service was very friendly. They do check on you often, and drinks/desert were good as well. We will most definitely return

We had a wonderful dining experience at Brinkley’s Chophouse! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Our server, Bailey, was truly exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect.
I ordered the New York strip, which was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and very well seasoned. The creamed corn was rich and tasty, and the Caesar salad was crisp and fresh. My husband enjoyed the prime rib, which was equally delicious—juicy and perfectly prepared. He paired it with Brussels sprouts and a nice garden salad. Everything was full of flavor.
Overall, Brinkley Chophouse delivered on every level—great food, Bailey’s impeccable service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning!

Wife and I had a wonderful experience for her b-day. Had the date night board and were incredibly impressed with the flavors and tenderness. Our waitress Katie C. was very attentive and knowledgeable. The service was exceptional, and the dining experience was amazing! It was our first time, but will not be our last!

Donovan & his serving team made our evening a wonderful experience. We had 2 birthday celebrations with 6 adults in our party and 2 children (3 y/o & 6 y/o). The staff & Donovan went overboard to ensure each individual including the children were comfortable & happy w/our meal. They kept our water & beverages coming and attentive beyond! We loved Donovan meeting us at the door with a warm & super- kind send off.
We will be back for a date night & hope to have D & team again!
Many thanks for making it a special evening!!!

Made to wait for Valet watching a pretty lady tip the Valet cash while she went next door to Southbound. The two of us who arrived together were denied seating at the table until 2 other guests paid their tab at the bar. Not a welcoming start. Service was ok with a few mismanaged drinks. Most thought the chowder was very thin but tasty. Steaks were good, my duck dish was so so with very hard al dente vegetables. Nice wine list which made my meal better. The Espresso Martinis were quite bitter.
Brinkley's is one of those rare spots that gets everything right. The food is absolutely delicious — creative, unique dishes with tons of options, and everything we tried was fantastic. The service was warm and attentive. It's definitely upscale, but not stuffy at all. It's definitely our favorite restaurant in the area!
