Pull up to the drive through and there’s three cars ahead of me. Takes fifteen minutes to get to the drive in box and another five for someone to Acknowledge me. They take my order and I asked for a large sweet tea which they said they didn’t have. That’s fine so I order two large Dr peppers. Takes another ten minutes to get to the window. They say they’re all out of Dr Pepper so at that point I told them to take it off the bill. I pay and they hand me back my change then hand me my food, in the middle of speaking to say thank you they closed the window on me. Ok fine, I’m driving home eating my fries and they’re cold. So are my chicken nuggets and the burger was js thrown together sloppily, the paper was torn and there was sauce spilling out. Restaffing need to be done because this was ridiculous.

I don't have any complaints other than the fact that the manager about a year or so ago said I couldn't be there and that she put me out from that particular location when she in fact didn't to my recollection.

Damn waited 15 for two Whopper Jr and onion rings…. Man behind me got his food before me. Asked for refund then magically my food appears. They value the drive thru before actual customers

I politely gave my order at the box about three times being interrupted each time asking what did you say or what can I get you or please hold on. I told them I wanted a six piece kids meal with fries, a Coke and honey mustard and an eight piece cheesy tot. After repeating that order three times they finally gave me my total and sent me around to the window where I paid for the order and was handed an apple juice and I said no I’m sorry I wanted a Coke and she said you already paid for your order and you didn’t tell me that at the box and I said yes, I did twice. She got an attitude with me and went and got me a Coke and hated it to me handed me my food. I asked for a ketchup and honey mustard. She hated me ketchup and mustard, and then shut the window on me and left so I sat there and waited for her to come back and asked for honey mustard. She rolled her eyes, went and got honey mustard and came back to the window and told me that I needed to pay her $.16 that the manager said that she couldn’t just give it to me because I didn’t ask for it which I did at the box twic. This is just absolutely ridiculous, especially because I did not have an attitude within the whole time and was polite with them even though they were not the nicest to me and I asked for everything I wanted at the box when I was ordering food. It’s not my fault that they kept asking me to repeat and then never repeated the order back to me to make sure it was correct and I’m always make sure I tell them everything I need at the box.

The little girl at the drive thru on 10/7 at approx. 1410 needs an attitude adjuster, nobody made you apply for that job. Don't want to work then go home!!
