I have been here before. I was hoping for a better experience this time... But if have to say that Captain D's is just not it. I'd rather go to McD's. We dined in. Fries were cold from the start. Hush puppies were barely edible as they had a weird after-taste (old oil... IDK.) the chicken was good but the fries fry was cold and greasy. The guy behind the counter way running his butt off and was super nice. The lady behind the counter/ bussing tables needs to go. She was literally smoking right next to the front doors after taking a drive thru order out to someone. It wasn't a huge mess inside but I wouldn't say that it was clean either. A couple times I heard them announcing that they were out of various menu items and it was 1:30 in the middle of the day...

I picked my food up through drive thru my only complaint for the price of your meals make sure you give the correct amount of portions size for my sides the cup of green beans was barley filled it was half way empty as a pregnant woman I am very upset with this portion size I got double green beans both portions should of been in one I actually combined them in one so actually I’m missing a side
The food was freshly prepared. The customer service was pleasant. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. The restroom was clean and well stocked. Our meal was very affordable and delicious!
