Had e-giftcard emailed to me to use. Tried to transfer $25 onto my app while in my car but error. Thus, went dine-in to get employee help at register. Leslie took my order. Showed her 25 available I did not want to lose. Unable to take screenshot of QR Code because app won't allow screenshot. Asked Leslie so didn't lose available funds. Leslie quickly responded with app & dine in not affiliated. Seeing my phone screen made Leslie say my app was fine it looked like app was open. No, what she saw was link from my email showing fake facade my app was open but wasn't. Leslie chose to educate me on employee protocol of taking an order and pressing a button for payment from funds vs using reward for free chicken sandwich. Communication and listening to me the customer was Leslie's downfall. Hearing me say I don't want to lose $25 from egiftcard that failed to transfer to my app to process my orig combo meal #1 order was the missing knowledge Leslie should have acted on vs training me a customer that doesn't work as Chickfila employee. I placed my order with exhaustion and disappointment. Asked for Manager to see me after transaction was completed. Mrs. Carmen walked out but since my need to discuss was more that 2 seconds, Mrs. Carmen didn't have time to speak with me. Mrs. Carmen abandoned any followup to me and I ate my meal I so would have liked to have obtained thru drive thru vs what I experienced. I walked out of this location with a very unpleasant experience. Do better. Train your employees and handle this situation better in future

Unfortunately every time I’ve gotten my fiancé hot coffee from here they have a ton of coffee grounds in it. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone to let them know rather than leaving this review. Hopefully someone there can see this and do something about it.

Its absolutely great. The only exception is they never put a fork or napkins in the to go bag... why? 98% successfully and drop the ball every time... so annoying.

I don’t know who I spoke with tonight, either Jared or chase. Couldn’t even pack my food right tonight, no dressing or sauce. And then have the nerve to tell me they can’t do anything about it. Also gave me the wrong salad. Can’t even give me the right dressing or no sauce. Fries were just thrown in the bag. I couldn’t believe a chick fil an operates like this.
