My husband went in to get our order and one of the workers behind the counter did a full split. Very impressive but I think things like that should be done at home or somewhere other than a professional workplace where you are handling people’s food. Does not make me want to order from there again, I guess we will start going to Diablos now instead.

The staff is not qualified to serve the public, they don't serve the correct portions, and they try to make you pay extra for meat or chicken. You have to be careful with this food chain.

The past two times I’ve paid for double meat at this location, I’ve gotten the same sad little scoop they always throw on. Last time when I got it home, I pulled out every piece of chicken and weighed it on a food scale… 2.7 ounces. That’s not “double.” That’s barely “acceptable.”

I also ordered fajita veggies and ended up with a bowl that was 80 percent rice and 20 percent anemic chicken. Done wasting my money here. Not coming back.

If your gonna give me a burrito with 95 percent rice. At least make sure it isn't crunchy and undercooked. Thanks for ruining my lunch. Again.

The person making my bowl dropped some guac on the counter, then scooped it back into the container. I was going to ask for extra, but after seeing that, I changed my mind. Due to me being disgusted.

I waited fifteen minutes for a burrito bowl because the staff was busy getting ready to get off their shift, on their phones, and sweeping rather than taking care of a customer. I felt completely invisible. The only person working was the gentleman cooking the chicken. I won’t make the mistake of going here again.

Absolutely disgusted!!! Ordered from here tonight. The food was pretty decent and I was overall enjoying my burrito. However as I was eating I pulled a long black/dark stand of hair out of it!! My son and I had already eaten half. Hair nets definitely need to become a thing!!! Never again!!!

I was on my way to Diablos to get quesadillas but decided to stop here first to see if they had a specific item on their menu. My first impression was that the dining area was clean — but completely empty at 7 p.m. One employee was on break, and I noticed about three or four more behind the counter.
Before I even reached the counter, the staff member taking orders asked how she could help me. Once she confirmed they didn’t carry the item I was looking for, I asked how big their quesadillas were. She showed me, and I decided to order three to go.
That’s when she told me quesadilla orders must be placed online. I asked why, and she simply said, “It’s our policy.” So I asked, “What if I were planning to dine in?” She replied that I would still need to place the order online.
I stepped back, pulled out my phone, and motioned as if I was going to place an online order, and she said, “Yes, you can place it now.” I asked, “You have no other customers — why can’t I just tell you what I want?” Her response: “Sorry sir, it’s our policy.”
I could understand if they were busy, but in an empty restaurant this policy just seems ridiculous. So I said, “Well, I guess Diablos will get my business,” and walked out. As I left, she sarcastically said, “Have a good day.”
I ended up spending $55 at Diablos. To me, that could have easily justified making an exception to this policy — that amount probably covers three employees’ wages for an hour. But apparently, breaking policy would require them to actually work.
Common sense really isn’t so common anymore — and apparently, it’s a crime to allow employees to use judgment.

Food was average but too average for the price. Staff were on it and friendly. Dinning area could use some cleaning here or there. Had to choose the least dirty table to clean off myself. Would I come back tough call compared to competitors that make similar.

First the good. Food freshness and quality was off the chain good. But then at $32 for 2 bowls it should be. I told the server it was my first time in a Chipotle. He said just tell me what you want. What I thought watching a customer in front of me fill their bowl up it was one price for whatever you want. I learned at the register how wrong I was. My last observation was the floors needed sweeping and some tables needed cleaning hence the 4 for atmosphere. Not a lot of parking and hard to get out onto the street because of the light.
