About 3 weeks ago my order was incorrect due to a menu and a system error. The team lead displayed great customer service and professionalism, as well as the drive through cashier to handle the situation. I’m so appreciative of the service demonstrated. Everything was taken care of with respect, great communication, attentiveness, which is hard to come by these days. Shout out to those wonderful employees!

I normally go to this DQ and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. I didn't even eat half of my blizzard before it was just plain ice cream with no other ingredients. It definitely wasn't mixed well and the girl at checkout didn't turn it upside down. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Banana split has gotten smaller an slight on ingredients but price was premium. They didn't want us there lights were off at 6:45 and they closed after we ate. We should've skipped this place for dessert.
