Great food with great customer service

Just a suggestion…please bring back the grilled steak and ditch the roast beef at your Walton way location. Ordered food today and it was 👎🏻😞 Asked the employee if he gave me the correct meat and he said he did and agreed it tastes like shredded roast beef. Paid for steak and that is not what I received. Quality has gone down hill!

Husband got 3 tacos and only wanted steak, onion, cilantro, and lime juice like traditional Mexican tacos. They gave him a few diced onion pieces on each, one lime wedge squeezed all on one taco, and a tiny bit of cilantro only on two tacos. Pathetic for $15. Never come here.

Food was great. Staff...not so much. Arrived almost 2 hours before they closed. Brought my wife, as this is her favorite place. We weren't asked if we wanted our food to go (we didn't). Store was empty of customers. We were stared at and talked about by staff. Honestly felt very unwelcome. I don't think I want to return here.

Always love the food here. We prefer this location. One thing to take note of is the floor is always slippery. I have seen multiple people slip on the floor, including myself! I don’t know if it’s what they’re cleaning the floor with or what but something needs to be done about it, it’s extremely dangerous! Writing this review after just watching someone slip. This happens every single time I’m here!

It seems like the after reopening, the wheeler road location didn’t bounce back. Today I ordered the burrito with chicken. For the life of me I don’t understand why it ended up spicy with not a single piece of chicken. I tried calling twice but the phone just rang and then asked me to enter my passcode. It would also help if they added something to their menu to indicate if something will be spicy. I’ve stopped getting corn salsa because it has too many jalapeños.

Food is awesome. I’ve eaten in. I have had takeout online. Clean space. Atmosphere nice. 😊

I ordered catering for 35 people. Amanda and her crew provided amazing food and service. The amount of food was more than expected and delicious.

I ate at Diablo's for the 2nd time today and when I tell you I have found my new favorite place. This Diablo's is so clean and professional. The entire staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. Crystal gives the most amazing customer service to each and every guest. I will definitely be going back!
