Customer service is absolute crap. Placed an online order, and still hadn't received my food two hours later. They did not care at all. I requested a refund since it took so long, but in order to get my refund, they cancelled my order, which is total bull. I will never give them my business again.
I ordered after 430pm. it's almost 7pm now. I called and they kept saying it was in route each time. they offered a credit for the wait. but it still shouldn't take 2 hours for a pizza.
