Domino's Pizza

Ordered my food at 5:50 had to call store at 7:17 to find out my order hasn't even left the store manager was on the phone had shit customer service nothing but bs excuses and didnt offer to do anything to make it right told her id be leaving a review she then said that's fine it goes stright to my computer so it doesn't matter so ill be getting the dm number tommorow afternoon and calling them and if this is seen by anyone other than the trash manger on duty at north Augusta store at 7pm on 8-26-25 she needs to be fired and not worth the space shes taking up

Had a really bad experience earlier this week but sometimes it happens. My philosophy has always been to judge on how a bad situation is handled. Jennifer, the traveling manager filling in this week, took such good care of us. I felt heard I felt valued, Jennifer deserves a raise and a promotion IMHO. Get it girl you were awesome!

Only giving a one star because there’s no lower option I’ve given this location numerous chances and every time it’s been awful we typically get half of our order and half of somebody else’s order or the pizzas cold or the most recent is we ordered pizza - an hour and a half after the order time I called the location I get some snotty girl on the phone. She tells me that I can come pick the pizza up. It’s been done for a while or I can wait another hour or hour and a half for the delivery guy because they’ve been busy although no one called to inform us that our pizza would be late and given the option to pick it up while it was still hot .

I called the store because my pizza was hard, barely cut and my wings barely had any sauce on it. The guy that answered the phone was dry and rude. I asked to speak to a manger and he said she wasn’t available. I then asked for his name and he said he’d rather not say. I won’t be ordering from here any more.
My delivery guy was awesome very polite very nice and respectful!

I placed an order for meatzza what i got was pepperoni pizza with mushrooms on one side thats not what i ordered but i wont be ordering nothing else from here

I'm not going to go into a big story about why I've readed them so low. It's very simple. Horrible customer service, they don't deliver when they say they're going to. And if and when they do, the pizza sucks. Save your money go somewhere else. You're better off buying a frozen pizza at the grocery store.

Ask for the extravaganza and I received a plain cheese pizza. So that’s money that was wasted I’ll not get back.

It’s so bad that I literally drive 25 minutes to another Domino’s rather than deal with this disaster of a location when this location will deliver to my house. Think about that.
The last time I ordered at the beginning of my daughters soccer game, went to pick up an hour and fifteen minutes later and it wasn’t ready. Sat inside for fifteen additional minutes, getting annoyed I asked how much longer and it was sitting on the shelf the entire time. The next time, my delivery got delivered at 9:05 , I ordered at 720, I love three minutes away. Also this picture is not a thin crust pizza lol. It’s bad, really bad. Don’t bother just drive somewhere else if this is the only location that delivers to you.

Ordered a Handtossed Meat Lovers Pizza it was thin crust. Whoever cut pizza messed it up bad. Definitely won’t use this dominoes again.

Complete disorganized systems show ready we still wait for another 30 minutes

Becks (I sincerely apologize if I misspelled) has helped me four weeks in a row, with a small corporate order. Her team was always on time. Today, the last week are scheduled for Dominos, I had forgotten to order ahead of time. I called last minute. She helped me right away, and her team made it just in time. Becks, thank you so much! I truly appreciate your patience, kindness, and courteous service. Well done and THANK YOU!

Ordered today 36.00 tipped good delivery no extra cheese and was burnt twice no good service never agai. I learn my lesson

Food had a hair in it and the staff doesn't wash thier hands and always playing with phones,handling money and then handling food without washing hands. The whole staff has poor hygiene except for Katie. Katie is thier best employee but unfortunately the rest of the staff is gross and will ruin any appetite. Please get a cleaner staff that is germ conscious. I had to give pizza to my dogs because I didn't want take a risk from eating from such a dirty operation. Make some changes and I will take this post down . Please save domino's from the dirty staff.
