The workers here obviously don't know how to make a drink with light ice. Just left from there, and went back to ask that my drink gets remade the correct way with LIGHT ice.. The girl that is currently working on 4/21 around 10AM told me she can't remake it bc that's the correct amount of ice. The girl at the window was laughing when handing me the drink also, she knew I was done wrong. They all done me wrong. If I wanted to pay $7 for ice, I would have purchased a bag of ice instead. This was not the correct amount of ice, I've had them with so much less, you wanted to be a twat 🙄 you ppl make yourselves look bad and wonder why yall get talked about... smh..
I contacted corporate and gave the address, hopefully yall get fired in the long run bc I rather have someone else make my drink the correct way bc you obviously can't handle directions 🤪

This was the best cup of Dunkin coffee I think I ever had. I ordered on the app and drove 2 miles to pick it up. It was already waiting on me when I arrived. The dining area had several patrons enjoying their meals. Everything looked clean and orderly.

I went through the drive through this morning and placed an order. My order came to the total of 5.26. I gave the worker a ten dollar bill with exact change, 26 cents. I never received my change. When I realized I didn't I went inside to ask for my money. The workers argued that I gave the exact change and they didn't owe me any money. Which is completely wrong. The one worker that served me just walked away the other workers would not address me to my face, just explained to each other the only way to check would be to count the drawer. 5 dollars to me wasn't worth holding up the entire carline but thier attitude was so horrible. I will never go there again.

Donut's definitely not fresh and most of the time they're out of what you're wanting to order.
They cater more to making coffee then donuts in my opinion. They might as well change their name to Dunkin Coffee or Coffee Dunkin again my opinion.
Krispy Kreme is 100% better always so I shouldn't have wasted my money.

Dunkin is in a class by itself when it comes to old-style coffee shops with a modern twist. The saying goes that you are either Starbucks or Dunkin...I myself am Dunkin. I prefer old-school high quality over sleek and modern any day. To me (and I've had both) Dunkin just has a better product. To each his/her own....

Went to get a iced latte at 7:30pm and they would not make it because they are lazy and don't want to work! I guess they are following McDonald's now. I'll be finding another place to go.

This location is not far from my house but I have quit going. The food is either hard or still frozen in the middle and burnt on the outside. When they first opened they were great but the last six months have been nothing but a disappointment

Horrible...snaking bacon was soggy. To much chit chat between employees not enough attention to customers...sandwich was fair at best. Employee whi handed us our food seemed pissed at the world. Will go out of my way to NEVER stop at thus one again.

What a Joke of a restaurant. Employee gets order wrong 4 times, says to pull forward, we wait 20 minutes and noone comes to give us food, go inside and talk to front cashier. Says she doesn't know anything about drive through and accepts no responsibility for her coworker. There is no culture here or since of standard. Owner clearly doesn't care and manager clearly doesn't care. Be better and do better.

Workers always have a bad attitude get orders wrong and then act angry that you would dare try and get your order correct. Are the workers racist?

I visited this Dunkin regularly as it’s the closest to my house. The staff is always friendly and inside is clean every time I do decide not to go thru the drive thru. I use mobile ordering mostly and 90 % chance of getting my order correct. There have been a select few times they’ve forgot my donut or food order so I’ll have to remind them when grabbing my coffee or the coffee isn’t correct but otherwise, I enjoy my experience at this Dunkin.
