Coffee is terrible and the donuts taste off. I loved dunkin as a kid. Guess they changed their recipes...just like everyone else. The lemon donuts definitely don't taste like lemon.
Hummmm, donuts and good coffee

Food not worth your money. We ordered through the app and picked up through the drive through. When we got to the window they handed us one bag of food and proceeded to say have a good day, meanwhile we had also ordered donut munchkins. We had to wait 5 minutes at the window before an employee came back to ask us what we needed. Another thing we had ordered was hashbrowns, which came out pathetic. They were a soggy clump of potato. When I bit into one it was still frozen on the inside. They were not crispy and weren't cooked all the way through. I had to put them in my airfryer to finish cooking them. One of them was split into 8 different pieces in the bag. We also ordered wraps which were stale. The food was barely on the tortilla and the tortilla was hard and stale. The whole wrap was barely warm. Overall not a great experience. Food is too expensive considering you have to finish cooking it yourself. Don't waste your time or money.

It is sad when my fiance comes into your facility and orders. Two donuts for $3 and something sent and the manager wants to be snotty and rude and slamming people's stuff. Trust me if you would have slammed my stuff you would have end up wearing it

I usually dont write reviews but I had such a bad experience with this location I feel like something should be said.
I placed an online order before leaving town this morning. I pulled up pick up my order and they informed me they didn't have part of it. No big deal, we made a substitution and moved on. I pulled up to the window and they handed me one drink and told me to have a good day. I told her there was more to my order so she looked. She came back and asked me what I had. I told her and she seemed to remember the order and went back. A few minutes later she brings me another drink and bids me a good day. Again, I tell her there is more to my order. And, my drink is wrong. She read the label on the cup and said no it's right. I told her it wasn't what I ordered even though my name was on it but I'd keep it, just bring the rest of my order. A few more minutes. She brings my sandwiches and wishes me a good day, again. Now, I ordered the $6 meal deal. A cold coffee, a sandwhich, and hash browns. I ordered two meals. Let's do the math here, this order has six items. I look in the bag and there are no hash browns. We go through it again, she checks the order, and asks me to wait. Several minutes pass and she finally hands me the bag. At this point I left because there was nothing else to mess up. Until my son reached into the bag and we only had one hash brown order.
My problem is this. I ordered exactly what I wanted. There was no middle man to input anything I correctly. My order went directly to the store. Yet they only managed to get two items out of six correct. And they acted like I was the problem.
Won't waste mt time again.

Took my brother here for a quick breakfast. I love the old fashioned doughnut. I also got a large iced coffee with cream, sweetener, and caramel. My brother got 3 doughnuts, orange juice, and water. We enjoyed our food.

The workers here obviously don't know how to make a drink with light ice. Just left from there, and went back to ask that my drink gets remade the correct way with LIGHT ice.. The girl that is currently working on 4/21 around 10AM told me she can't remake it bc that's the correct amount of ice. The girl at the window was laughing when handing me the drink also, she knew I was done wrong. They all done me wrong. If I wanted to pay $7 for ice, I would have purchased a bag of ice instead. This was not the correct amount of ice, I've had them with so much less, you wanted to be a twat 🙄 you ppl make yourselves look bad and wonder why yall get talked about... smh..
I contacted corporate and gave the address, hopefully yall get fired in the long run bc I rather have someone else make my drink the correct way bc you obviously can't handle directions 🤪

This was the best cup of Dunkin coffee I think I ever had. I ordered on the app and drove 2 miles to pick it up. It was already waiting on me when I arrived. The dining area had several patrons enjoying their meals. Everything looked clean and orderly.

Good donut and fresh
I went through the drive through this morning and placed an order. My order came to the total of 5.26. I gave the worker a ten dollar bill with exact change, 26 cents. I never received my change. When I realized I didn't I went inside to ask for my money. The workers argued that I gave the exact change and they didn't owe me any money. Which is completely wrong. The one worker that served me just walked away the other workers would not address me to my face, just explained to each other the only way to check would be to count the drawer. 5 dollars to me wasn't worth holding up the entire carline but thier attitude was so horrible. I will never go there again.
Donut's definitely not fresh and most of the time they're out of what you're wanting to order.
They cater more to making coffee then donuts in my opinion. They might as well change their name to Dunkin Coffee or Coffee Dunkin again my opinion.
Krispy Kreme is 100% better always so I shouldn't have wasted my money.
Dunkin is in a class by itself when it comes to old-style coffee shops with a modern twist. The saying goes that you are either Starbucks or Dunkin...I myself am Dunkin. I prefer old-school high quality over sleek and modern any day. To me (and I've had both) Dunkin just has a better product. To each his/her own....
