I love this location because I always get good service. Today when I stopped by, Chantel was phenomenal. I pray God accelerates her and allows her to get a training position because her service was top-notch. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through intercom she was kind she was courteous, and she was very attentive. She did not get frustrated when I asked to remind me how the app works. In addition, her service face-to-face was even greater. I complimented her and let her know I was very grateful for how kind and courteous she was, and she didn’t boast. She was so humble. Thank you Chantel and thank you Hardee’s, Chantel is a GREAT ASSET to your organization!

Went thru and asked for apple pie. Was told it will be 7 mins for that pie, is that ok? I said no i dont want it. Someone else came on speaker n announced No sorry i can have have you that pie ouf immediately,do you want it? I said Yes! Then they made me wait 15 mins for that pie. NEVER go here unless you got a lot of time and patience for nasty cheap food. We were only ppl in line this day.

Morning crew light skin lady is loud and aggressive for no reason Not pleasant at all. Then they never open on time. If it’s 7am in the morning I got a job to be at. I’m not just hanging out.

I've come to the store and the employees didn't speak to me, not even a hi, just gave me my food and I've also come and the employees were friendly, so it's kinda hit or miss. The atmosphere is a clean (it could use a deep clean) but old Hardee's.

Slow, had to cancel my DoorDash order due to the stores inability to get my order prepared on time. The dasher was there for 30 min and never got the food. Due to DoorDash’s policy and the stores incompetence I was not able to get a refund on my order. Do not recommend.
Food was over cooked. Chris was rude. Trash was all in the parking lot.

Service was quite slow. We were not told that they were out of gravy and had a significant wait time. The table next to us mentioned they had been waiting 20 minutes for their biscuits and gravy. Food was cold when we got it, gravy was watery. We also found a hair in our food but at that point we were done and just wanted to leave. Usually have a decent experience but the crew this morning needs work.

I gave 3 stars because of the speed of service - we ordered our food and waited almost 30 minutes for chicken tenders. The spicy wrap wasn't really spicy, the ranch wrap wasn't even a wrap, it was a chicken tender taco. food was good once received, but the speed of service needs to be worked on.

I don’t understand how this is an monster omelet biscuit when I have one corner of an omelet on here plus the biscuit is hard. This is the third time this has happened and I’ll no longer buy from this location or probably Hardee’s in general. Use to be my go to breakfast place but not anymore.
