Service was quite slow. We were not told that they were out of gravy and had a significant wait time. The table next to us mentioned they had been waiting 20 minutes for their biscuits and gravy. Food was cold when we got it, gravy was watery. We also found a hair in our food but at that point we were done and just wanted to leave. Usually have a decent experience but the crew this morning needs work.

I gave 3 stars because of the speed of service - we ordered our food and waited almost 30 minutes for chicken tenders. The spicy wrap wasn't really spicy, the ranch wrap wasn't even a wrap, it was a chicken tender taco. food was good once received, but the speed of service needs to be worked on.

I don’t understand how this is an monster omelet biscuit when I have one corner of an omelet on here plus the biscuit is hard. This is the third time this has happened and I’ll no longer buy from this location or probably Hardee’s in general. Use to be my go to breakfast place but not anymore.

This was not a good idea. We ordered chicken Strips and the chicken looked very dark clearly indicating the need for fresh grease. The chicken pieces themselves was just that chicken pieces none resembled and actual chicken strip. The restaurant itself was not appealing, floors were very sticky and outdated. Overall not your typical Hardee's experience.

Quintrez was very professional and attentive. He saw us pull around the parking lot after going through the drive thru and popped his outside to make sure everything was okay. We appreciate him going above and beyond and wanted to make sure we give credit where credit is due.

I AM SO MAD, i went and wanted the famous ham sandwich and of course they didn't have it? I had to get a bacon cheeseburger which can never go wrong YET SOMEHOW they messed that up too there were TWO pickles and the cheese wasn't even melted, To top it off I got a SIMPLE ROOT BEER, It was disgusting, it tasted watered down and didn't at all taste like root better. Got a SWEETENED iced tea and tasted like it was unsweetened and tasted like water.
