Went in to grab a burger and even though they were about to close i apologized and the lady and cook were super nice and cooked my food and made fresh fries. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Call to make sure they have all ingredients to prepare your order otherwise they wait until uber shows up to get your order and tell the driver they don't have Swiss cheese to let them relay that to you. Then they start preparing your order making it a good bit later before you get your food.

So first, the food is good enough. It’s what you would expect from Hardee’s so it’s good. But this location NEVER gets my order correct, I am a mustard lover and I always ask them to put mustard on my burger and they never do. I’m not exaggerating. Never have they done it. It almost seems intentional, like they do it out of spite.
Second, literally every single time I come in here the floor is gross and sticky. And the sad part is it’s sticky after they have mopped it, so they aren’t getting clean water or they’re using super dirty mop heads. The floor is so bad.

I love this location because I always get good service. Today when I stopped by, Chantel was phenomenal. I pray God accelerates her and allows her to get a training position because her service was top-notch. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-through intercom she was kind she was courteous, and she was very attentive. She did not get frustrated when I asked to remind me how the app works. In addition, her service face-to-face was even greater. I complimented her and let her know I was very grateful for how kind and courteous she was, and she didn’t boast. She was so humble. Thank you Chantel and thank you Hardee’s, Chantel is a GREAT ASSET to your organization!
