Monday, 9/22/25, around 10:30 a.m., the dining room was mostly empty. We stood and waited about 5 min. to be seated. A waitress ran by a couple of times before calling for somebody to seat us. The waitress was friendly (although all of her facial piercings looked painful). My friend received her breakfast, minus her pancakes and toast. She had to stop the waitress and asked for it, and by the time she got her toast she ate most of her eggs without it. My breakfast arrived lukewarm. I wanted the egg yolk runny, but the egg white was runny too. Neither one of us ever got the water that we asked for. In the meantime the noices from the kitchen made you wonder if they butchered a pig back in there. Of course we were obviously seated to the employees convienence outside the kitchen area. All in all, not a great experience. And from what my friend told me, her previous experiences at this location weren't much better.

Advertise fluffy pancakes. Came out (twice) as thick as a penny. Ordered crispy bacon. Came out barely cooked. Service was great. Cooking receives two stars.

I've been here multiple times with a friend of mine and my wife and every single time it's amazing food and great service but recently the server (and I hate that I didn't remember her name) @6 on 8/12/2025 was absolutely amazing. She was remarkable and memorable and that's the 10/10 service that we need in our lives. The food is always awesome but she really stood out and made me want to write this review. So big thumbs up for the cooks in the back who work very hard and a big thumbs up for that server also she was amazing!

I ordered sausage and pancakes that were not done. The server said it will be remade and we ended up leaving because they were never remade. To make matters worse, it was one cook and one server. I was very skeptical about going into this establishment because there was only one car in the parking lot. I should have gone with my first thought.

This visit was more inviting, very attentive service, quite a few guests eating. Last visit it was deserted and staff and food service slow so am glad to see a local restaurant getting busier. Was afraid this one would go out of business during COVID mess.
SLOW, SLOW SLOW. Only 1 person working the dining room at 745 in the morning. People come in stand around for 5 minutes and leave. I would have too but she was at the counter when we walked in. Gave complete order and waited. 20 minutes from time I walked in and no food. No orange juice, no apple juice. I ve consumed 2 glasses of Pepsi. The second Pepsi took 4 minutes to refill once I was asked if I wanted a refill. I understand only 1 person but there was only 1 couple in the restaurant when we arrived. At 40 minutes we had to go. There is no reason for it to take that long for 2 orders of 2x2x2. Nothing even deserves a single star. Cant post without at least 1 star. Wanted to at least pay for my drink and lol that was ~$4. This is why north augusta has no decent restaurants

service is absolutely horrible. Waiter did not show up until 10 minutes after us being seated. it took 45 minutes for them to bring our food out, the staff were arguing and complaining about them being sick of their job in front of us. I will not be returning!

Ate on 7/8/2025 around 5:30pm. 1- It was a ghost town with only 3 people eating. 2- 1 waitress & 1 cook for the whole restaurant. 3- was told that they were out of a lot of items, 1 item being sweet tea, so I asked for unsweet as I don't drink sweet. Got our teas & was told they went to Kroger to get tea but it was sweet. 4- Waitress informed us that she had to use her own money in the register as the manager is the only one that can get into the safe. If I was that employee I would find a different job! 5- She wiped our table down & said no one cleans off the tables. I have never seen a IHOP like this at all. You have 2 people working a whole restaurant! How is this expectable?? Where in the hell is your manager/asst. manager? I would think 1 of them needs to be here or a shift leader. I have so many questions on everything that I saw yesterday. So so many wrong things at the restaurant. IF you don't close by the end of the year I will be surprised. Sounds like upper management isn't doing there job from working, scheduling, ordering, cleaning, much more. We will not be back.
