Very under staffed, tho our hostess tried her best to be accommodating, she was in over her head. I felt so bad for her. My party food was cold & we left very unhappy.

The food was wonderful. Our server was outstanding. She checked on us often and was very friendly. Her husband was in the military and she had great conversations with my husband. What a wonderful breakfast.

We always love eating here. Food has been great. We try to come every Sunday morning. One thing I'd like to point out, is our server selected the 20% tip for us on our most recent vist. That's what we were going to do, but obviously it's not good that the server pressed it for us without asking.

I'm doing Doordash, and they are extremely busy with 5 or 6 other door dashing people waiting. They kept us up-to-date every so often they offered us drinks for the inconvenience. 1/1/25

Update II: same visit as below. Ended up waiting over an hour for food. Was there with my family after my 3 year old daughters 1st christmas program. I ended up having to leave to go to work without eating. The hardest part was looking at the tears in my daughters eye's as I walked away without being able to enjoy brunch with her like I promised we would.
@IHOP- Today you made a loving and honest father break his promise to his little girl. You TOOK something from me today that I'll never get back. Shame on you.
Update: came back finally. Same story friendly but absolutely terrible service. And now ingredients to make food on the menu. 5 people at the table and server informed us they dont have ingredients to make 3 of the 5 plates. Thats a management failure. Inventory management is easy.
Food is ok. Service is the worst in town. This place is terrible, staff hides in the kitchen at a break table and talks. Ive never been in and out of here in less than 1.5 hours. Terrible. Manager sits at a table in the back while the staff hangs out in the kitchen. No drive to work whatsoever. Terrible terrible service.
The Service at this location is horrible, the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. The only reason it gets 1 star is because that's the lowest Google will let me give and the food I actually got was good. They left off half our order, we are the only people in there and it took an hour, our waitress apparently just left. And it took forever for them to even give us drinks, and we asked for refills we never even got. Would never ever recommend this location to anyone.

Do not eat at this IHOP. They don't even know how to cook there own food. The waitress just roll there eyes when you ask to fix the order. We ordered the new stuffed french toast and they gave us a single piece of toast did not stack or fill it like the menu said it was.
