Shenice was so so nice and deserves the raise we were here after a busy day and hungry and came at 11:45 and she served us with a smile and made sure everything was alright and she deserves a raise today! She served us every minute till we left at 12:32 after closing and the cook did awesome with our food tonight. By far the best time we had here at IHOP. We dine here often and she was great, wait was quick inside was clean and she was polite and swift.

Shantajah was an incredible highlight of our experience there. She displayed uncommon patience in a difficult situation (large, multilingual group with finicky kiddos) and made the experience very enjoyable

If I could leave a zero star, I would. It might be great during the day but at night? Don't even bother showing up. We were in the lobby for almost 20 minutes and no one came to greet us at all. I walked around trying to get the people working there and even stared at the worker for about 2 minutes screaming for him to hear me. Maybe if he paused his music he'd hear but idk. Bottom line, not coming back.

IHOP after the annual tree lighting, a new tradition! Our server was probably the most delightful person I have met in a long time. She made everything wonderful.

I’m not sure if we caught the end of a busy morning but I’m not coming here anymore. Food was cold, waitress was forgetful and I’m not sure she knew what she was doing. Eggs hashbrowns and ham takes a couple minutes to cook up on a griddle and it looked old and weathered. BOH needs better direction and management can do better on the customer experience.

Did not receive everything i ordered through my online order that i placed through the IHOP app. None of the designated topping for pancakes that make the pancake special. Missing 2 drinks but was given a flat soda. The side i ordered was incorrect. I realize I am an online order to the staff there but they should still pay attention to the detail of an order! My birthday dinner I decided to use here. I am disappointed!

There was a long queue on a holiday, and it seemed like the restaurant wasn’t prepared for the crowd. We waited for a while but decided to leave since no one was managing or assisting the guests waiting in line. It would be better if they had someone organizing the waitlist and updating customers about the status of their tables.
