We ordered 8 subs through the app. Every single detail was perfect! Nothing missing, everything made with care and to perfection! I got a #9 club in a bowl, it was beautiful, I wish I took a picture. The toppings were cut and spread evenly over the bed of thinly sliced lettuce. I say again, PERFECTION!

Walked into jersey mikes on Knox ave in north Augusta! It was so hot in there! I walked up to the service area, the employees were soaked in sweat and while they maintained professional about it all, there was no way I was eating in there! It was too hot! There is no reason a customer or the employees should have to deal with that! While I don’t blame the employees, I don’t feel like eating a sandwhich flavored with employee sweat.. I just turned around and walked out and encouraged employees to do the same! Do better Jersey Mike’s!

This place is garbage..... I called sat on hold for 10+ minutes hung up phone is still off the hook no on has come to the phone in 24 + minutes after they left a whole sandwich out of our order after spending 60.$ to eat here! Wtf.... Do better!!!!
