This had to be the worst experience I've ever had here they assumed what I wanted on my sub is what they wanted the lady with the dreads made it out to be a problem for asking for me to add to my sub before it was ever even cooked I've never had this experience here before but I will never return due to how rude she was honestly if you don't want your job don't do it Jersey Mike's y'all should do better with who you hire I get everybody has a bad day but if you don't want to do it then go find another job don't make people feel the way you make them feel I will be reaching out to corporate on behalf of this woman and how rude she was to me it was very uncalled for as I was leaving she had something to say as well I pick my battles and someone and the lack of caring for others will no affect my day in the ways she hoped , while the cashier was very sweet the other employees attitude was quite disgusting

This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s location in the CSRA. The store manager, Stacey, always has the best customer experience. The store is always well-maintained and the food is always good. Along with her exceptional staff, you can’t go wrong.

8/28/2024 ; After visiting Jersey Mike’s earlier, Ive always had a good experience except for today. I noticed a short Hispanic woman going over to hug and say bye to whom I assume is her significant other. While me and other people were standing in line to get our order taken. I applaud the other employees for trying their best to get us out , but that was totally unacceptable. The food was good on the other hand, but I have never experienced something like that before.

It was very disappointing, I got a sub to go and it was so saturated with oil and vinegar that's all it tasted like ,The bread was a bunch of mush I won't be going back there
