Came through the drive through around 9pm on a Tuesday night for the $10 bucket. Hadn’t been to KFC in over a year so I said this is a good deal so why not. Get to the drive thru(no one else there but me) and no one greets me. I sit there for a few minutes waiting and then I say, “Hello”, and I get what can I get for you. I say the $10 bucket. She mumbles something. I say, I’m sorry I couldn’t understand what you just said, “Anything else?”, no thank you. I pull up to the window, wait on my food and the person running the drive through seems to be talking to someone on the phone. I get my food and get home. When I open the bucket I am in disbelief of how bad this chicken looks. Skin everywhere an nowhere at the same time. Extremely greasy and it looks like it had been tossed and shaken before it was given to me. JUST DIGUSTING! See pic. For $10 I don’t want that. I called and spoke with the AGM and she agreed to replace the meal.

I ordered 3 chicken straps to put on my salad at home. $8+ later, the 5 tiny over cooked and over reheated chicken stripsI wouldn't even cut with a serraded knife! Dogs got more than half of what I had. If I ever do that again, I'll ask for fresh and look in the box!

My wait time was fine. I spent over $40 for a family meal bucket. I received 5 pieces of bone in chicken and 4 strips of what was supposed to be 8 and 6. As for the two sides? I got one of mashed potatoes and didn’t even get the gravy. I’m not asking for anything for free but if you have a job and work for your money don’t bother wasting it there.

Customer service is terrible. The window cashier tonight had an attitude because I ordered the same order as the 2 customers before me and claimed it would be a 20 minute wait. I should've been suspicious when I got my order in less than 5 minutes. I didn't realize I had the wrong order until I got home. Best thing that could've happened tonight. Last time I'm dealing with fast food. 🧘🏾♀️

Horrible customer service I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and a staff treating me as if I did not exist. They walked away from the front counter. They also left the drive-through window and act as if no one could hear me when I said excuse me, this is what you call piss poor customer service.
Complete trash! The inside smelled of weed. Employees were argueing with a customer, and cussing at them. The manager would not even come out and talk to the customer or make the issue right. Will not be back.
