Went and got food and they got everything wrong it taste terrible the service isn’t good and they continuously mess my food up or it just doesn’t taste good I’ve gone to plenty other locations and never have this issue.

Walked in to orders something one lady leaning and laying on the countertop. Unprofessional another lady just sitting there countering money and when I got up to the countertop they both just stared at me. No one said anything. No one did anything. This is a terrible, terrible business from the looks of it. A couple of other workers need to be retrained so I walked out. They had a bad smell in there also

Order was wrong and they shorted me 2 Krystals, the 37 min wait in the drive thru added to this terrible review. 2 cars in front of me and the slowest man on Earth working the drive thru. Why do yall lock the doors to the lobby at 6:15 pm also? I was not about to wait again in the drive thru to get my order corrected.

My wife and I both love Krystal burgers so we often stop for Krystals when traveling since we don't have any where we live. We found this one returning home from Atlanta and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was clean, the manager was nice and our burgers were the usual with steamed buns and grilled onions! Got 8 more to take home!

Food was not good. Got some krystals with no cheese and they came with cheese. The employee complained about the owner, the onion rings and the new pork sliders. She did not get any orders correct. While waiting, a lady came back in with her bag and she ordered bacon on hers and none had bacon. I like krystals. However, I would not go back to this store. Only 2 employees in the store and also a homeless man just setting in the dinning area not eating. It is sad about the homeless, but the restaurant dinning area is not a place they should be allowed to just come and set.

My grands and i came by in our way to Augusta from Columbia. The food was piping hot, the service was awesome and we will definitely visit again in the future

Over priced as hell!!!! 1 year ago the same order was only $7 to 8 n now $11+ for a medium combo... asked for fries WELL DONE and they were damn near dropping oil from being so soggy n under cooked...
