Horrible just Horrible, waited 20 mins and only ordered 1 sandwich smh.The new Classic Patty melt Sandwich. Bread was not toasted at all, Cheese not melted .I mean onions barely cooked.Horrible experience for sure.

While I am not a fan of a Krystal-burger, them ding-dong-dangin' chili-chez dogs are about as serious a yummy as you can get. Man, them things is good! Fries is good too!

Service was good, the food was hot and fresh but they have changed the chics and they're not as good, almost a dark meat and a fluffy breading now.
This is not the workers fault! But what a ridiculously long wait! I only have 30 minutes for lunch....28 was spent in line There was only 1 car in front of me! NEVER DID GET MY FOOD.
I was in the the drive thru ,with no one behind me. I asked a couple of questions about the menu and a woman employee came out the back door and started yelling at me. She threw her arms up and told me to order or leave, screaming. Very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back!

I've recently ordered uber eats from this location twice and it seems to be something fishy going on. Last night the driver was 2 minutes away from my house then canceled. I believe her name was Amanda. This morning Damien picked up my order according to the guy at Krystal's and he made sure to say he knew the guy, but for some reason he never updated the app to say order has been picked up and on the way. Needless to say we never received the food. I did contact uber eats and was able to get my money back but the guy at Krystal's was so defensive and all we were doing was trying to ask what was going on.
