Stopped in tonight for hot and ready pizza and got just THAT. I went through the drive thru and service was phenomenal. The pizza was delicious. Great to see young people dedicated to excellent quality and customer service. Not sure of their names but a young gentleman and young woman were great tonight.

Haven't had Little Caesars in a long time! Popped in for a thin crust, pepperoni and they already had one ready in the "hot and ready warmer"! For only $7.99, it was quite the bargain and super delicious! Much more affordable, and better quality than the Dominos pizza we ordered recently. Tiauna J. was very friendly and full of smiles. It will be my new go to! Keep up the good work, y'all!!

It’s 4:30 on a Friday night and they are closed. The employee apparently was hanging around behind the building with another car parked beside her. (Also to note she threw trash out of her car on the ground) She got out of her car and came over to the drive thru area yelling they were closed to myself and 3 other cars. This is the third time I’ve tried to get pizza here and not been given service. They are rude and I honestly don’t know how they pay the rent to be there. Ridiculous!

I've had allot of little Caesars in my day but hands down these employees were by far the nicest and fastest with my walk in order. Little Caesars slogan is hot and ready, and for the first time my pizza was hot and ready! It blew my mind. Way to go guys y'all deserve a raise my.

Never again. Not only was the food late, it was wrong. When trying to cancel the order, the worker acted like I couldn't be heard. Shame on you.

December 10th they closed the lobby at 6:00 p.m. already had made of order, had to go to the drive-thru and wait 30 minutes to get my order was very aggravating. My pizza was cold !!

Went 7 at night on a Sunday and they had no pizzas bc out of sauce. Closing early. Ok, stuff happens, but girl was so rude. We go there all the time for quick pick up and bc of this new girl, guess may start paying delivery fees for somewhere else. Dominos got our money. Geist on to Pizza hut and Marco's as well

I really do not like going to this little Caesar’s. I hate getting people in trouble but since Covid got a little less rampant, it’s been awful. They don’t allow you to go inside and order, it’s drive thru only. I usually have to go to this location because it’s the closest and cheapest option to my house, and no one delivers to us. We live in the middle of nowhere so this is the most convenient. Last night, my boyfriend and I ordered online and we went inside to pick it up because the line for the drive thru was 5 cars long, and the manager had people parking in the fire lane (which is a safety hazard in itself). The door was unlocked, the open sign was on, so we went in to pick up our pizza from the kiosk. When we went in, and we’re immediately told that the restaurant was drive thru only, but I said I had gotten a notification that our pizzas were ready. They said that it wasn’t ready yet, and we had to wait another 15 minutes. My boyfriend has 4 sisters and his parents were all hungry. While we were waiting, they locked the door so no more people could come in. Please note the restaurant closes at 10 pm, it was 7:30 pm. Also, the lady who I assume was the manager started yelling for someone to turn off the open sign, that she wasn’t letting anyone else in and that she was going home at 8:30. She even got a call of someone trying to order something, and the manager said, ”Ma’am I’m closing the store at 8:30.” and hung up. It’s just all around awful. It’s always closed when it’s supposed to be open and the staff are almost alway rude, and if it’s not the cashiers it’s just the managers. I won’t be going here again.

I live in Aiken, every time I’m in north Augusta I grab a pizza from this store because it’s literally perfect. The one in Aiken is awful honestly, they don’t even cut the all the way.

It’s hit or miss with this location, sometimes is good, other times it’s garbage. Staff in general is pretty friendly. Biggest pet peeve with this location is when they close walk-in service and make everyone go through the drive through, they don’t use the pizza portal so you can’t just walk in and grab your food and go…

Crazy workers! They shot me with plastic pellets and they forgot to cut my pizza. I'm the same person to wrote that 5 star review. So many flies here and they talk so loudly and fight in the kitchen that I could hear their crazy personal stuff they're saying!
