Nice looking place. Workers may be a little clueless. We had to ask several times for our order. Took greater than 30 minutes to get it afterbthebapp said 15minutes. App never updated even after we left. Their oven may need to be turned up a bit. Pizza is very substandard. Pizza hut is better and I hate Pizza hut. Safe to say, I won't be coming back.

Marcos has now outsourced its delivery service to DoorDash. Here in the CSRA, Doordash has sloooow service, and food always arrives cold. We ordered our pizza online and it said it would be delivered in 45 minutes... here we are 1 hour and 45 minutes later and it just arrived. Cold. Also, all the olives were dumped onto 2 pieces. I'm so disappointed in Marcos, joining the outsourced gig worker model at the expense of quality - and the workers of our community. . Guess what, gig workers don't require benefits like health care and sick leave. This was terrible service, and I'm so disappointed in their choice to contribute to our fall into dystopia.

It's been a while since I ordered from Marcos , but I'm so glad I did. We got the cheesy bread, pizzoli, wings, and the chicken club, and all of it was so good. The wings were better than any wing restaurant around here. They have definitely raised their game, and they will be my pizza go-to again.
