Waited 25 minutes through the drive through, then was told to pull up to spot 2, waited another 10 minutes, brought out food and was missing half the order. Don't waste your time at this location...exit 5 McDonald's is much better

Food is pretty consistently disappointing.Cold fries, burgers usually taste old and dry.Ordered a strawberry milkshake today because I've never tried theirs and it was nasty. Don't know if that's how they all are or what, but it was not good.

Walked in, a group of underage kids were cussing up a storm, walking behind the counter. Basically putting their own order in. Yelling using profanity and using slurs. Basically seemed like they do this on the regular, seemed pretty comfortable. Don't recommend coming here at all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I’ve finally learned my lesson with this McDonald’s. They constantly forget food. On the rare occasion they give you everything you ordered and payed for, it’s usually just messily thrown together and often cold. I ordered two shamrock shakes and they were an oddly dark slime-green and so disgusting they were undrinkable and we had to get a refund. (I’ve had plenty of shamrock shakes so I know I like them. These were just made wrong.) This location only has bad food, bad service, and long lines that move at a glacial pace. You’re truly better off making the drive to exit 5 or washington road because this location will give you nothing but headache and terribly made food. If they remember to give you your food at all, that is.

Really need negative stars... at this point close it down and and hire different staff. Second time trying this location first time a lady was taking order and using the bathroom ?? so I canceled my order. Second time I plafe the order online and pulled up and waited over 40 minutes behode over people finally pulling up to a window for so answers. And the GM yes GM acted like they didn't see me and walked off.
