Fast service
Poor service. Seems like all staff has attitude.
3 strikes you're out! I have had poor service on 3 separate occasions. Each time I ordered through the mobile app. I placed the order for drive thru pickup. Get to restaurant and both lines are wrapped around the building! I changed the order to curbside and watched the entire drive thru clear out! Go to window and the lady has an attitude. She says do you have an order number? Yes and been waiting for 30 minutes since I ordered! Get food and half is missing. What is the point of mobile ordering and drive thru if I can get faster service at a convenience store?? DONE WITH MCDONALD'S even though I have 10,000 points for free food. Goodbye going to Burger King now.
There is a lot of McDonald's out there but there are a few that are great but this one is not one of them
Good food fast
I am very disappointed with ALL McDonald's. Their food has continually decreased in quality. The company that once was known for their fries...now have the crappiest fries around and literally have no salt and they are always soft and mushy...and always COLD. I don't mind my food cold...but fries...no way. Crunchy and crispy is a thing of the past. Plus they are undercooked if you ask me. They are always so blonde and light...like they need to be in the cooker for maybe one more minute.

I placed a mobile order 20 minutes before I came and still had to wait 30 mins the customer service is terrible they were cleaning the lobby while I waited to order and the managers stood by and watched the new workers struggle and now I am going to be late from my break at work because of their negligence and on top that they messed up my order
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am there EVERY weekday morning. Every weekday morning. I forgive a LOT of mess ups. Today is the second in a row time I’ve asked for a Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel WITH THE SAUCE and got no sauce. I specified that I wanted the sauce - that’s the whole reason I get that sandwich! And there was no sauce again. I got this on the way to work, and the quickest I could get back was 11:00. I went in and kindly explained what happened and asked for my money back.
They wanted a receipt. Which I didn't have anymore, but I showed them my app where I used the deal to buy it this morning.
They wouldn’t give me my money back but offered me food.
I don’t want any more food. I took back the bagel and threw it away.
I’M THERE EVERY MORNING and this is the first time I ever asked for a refund. it is NOT the first time they have messed up my order though!
I will never go back. Ever.
Great experience every time. Food is correct. Cooked great and delicious. The staff is friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this specific store. You won't be disappointed.
Edit 2025: Review only pertains to morning and lunch shifts because the night/evening shift is disappointing and unacceptable.

It's McDonald's
This is definitely one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. It's so incredibly slow for a single meal in it's non busy hours. I do not understand how there can be no vehicles in the drive thru nor anyone in the lobby but yet it still takes 30 minutes to recieve a meal with the fries already cold and soggy to boot. I avoid this one normally. The only thing this McDonald's has going for it is consistency, as in it's consistently the same experience everytime.
