regularly waiting over 40 minutes for food busy or not. Staff seems clueless, high, or lost unfortunately. Sucks bc I love a good fish filet but you're lucky to get something semi edible in an hour window. Get CFA or Wendy's or Zaxbys.

There's always a problem with this location. Either you wait forever or your food is totally messed up beyond belief. Terrible, slow service and either untrained employees that don't know how to use the software or shitty, horrible software that doesn't properly work. I've been eating here for 3 years and today was my last attempt. I placed a mobile order and drove 20 minutes to pick it up and was told my order wasn't in the system despite already being charged for it!! I showed my order on the app, McD order number/rewards number, and even the payment charge on my card. I was told to go inside after already sitting in the drive through for another 20 minutes so I just left and cancelled my order. My family will never be ordering from this location again. We can never just get an order. ALWAYS an issue here!! Management must be miserable, I just don't understand how you're always the worst McDonald's to ever go to. It is just pathetic
This place is either lazy or the hours are wrong. I went before heading to the airport at 4. They told me they didn’t open until 4:20 am. Never heard of those hours especially since it’s advertised as 24 hours.

It was after a concert, late night, it took us 16 minutes from time of order til we got our food. We ordered 2 #1 s.(Big Macs) We got 2 quarter pounders no cheese. Old fries. I would like to be. Contacted for compensation of this order .
Walked in and was hit with an overwhelming stench of Body odor and absolute stank. People who work here can't even speak proper English and sound illiterate. Waited 15 min never got my order. Terrible place.

Order through the app once I arrived I realized that my order was not even being made. I made the manager aware of my long wait and realized my order was buried under several other receipts. No one was even making my order she proceeded to say that she just arrived my reply was that's not my issue please give me my money back.
