Worst McDonald's ever had to stand at counter for at least five minutes while employees walked by only until the lady that was on break decided to serve the customers only to wait another 15 minutes to get my order that of course was wrong

I waited for my breakfast 40 minutes and I was patient and when I got my order they forgot my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and they said no sorry we switched to lunch so I guess you just aren’t getting it. Who owns this place because you guys also didn’t even have Coke I ordered 2 cokes…MCDONALDS CORP the manager Tania was the GM the person I spoke to all she had to say was that is to bad. I expect you guys fix this.

Very poor effort into making a damn burger I get home too eat it realize it’s not cooked NO WHERE near enough !!!! This is disgusting and very poor employment!!!

I ordered my meal through the mobile app at 740pm my food wasn't ready until 840pm after I went inside they were about to give my order to a different customer when I finally got my order I went back to my car to check if they got everything because this McDonald's always gets it wrong the 1st time the bag ripped and my food spilled out all over the pavement luckily only my burger was ruined so I told the guy handing out the orders to other customers about it and asked if I could get a replacement burger I even offered to show him the mess so he could see i wasn't lying he said he believed me and went back inside to tell the manager when I came back to get my burger the manager was talking crap about me as loud as she could even the cashier told her that I was right there but lil miss lound mouth was too busy ranting and raving to notice here is a tip for the manager whoever she is maybe instead of running your mouth maybe do your job and you won't have a 10 car backup in your line just a thought I've had bad experiences at this McDonald's before but this took the cake I feel real bad for the people forced to work under such a sad little woman nevertheless I won't be coming back to this location again

Workers are slow and lazy. Even with a 10 minute heads up that im here in the app, they still dont start your order until you arrive. Nostalgia isnt worth it anymore.

If I could give this place a zero I would all the lettuce was bad then I didn’t get my nuggets and asked twice to get them. They didn’t have any Sprite. They didn’t have any ice.

Just picked up my breakfast order I placed through the mobile app. After verifying my order at the speaker I pulled up to the first window and got my receipt. Upon arriving at the second window I was told they didn't have any hash browns. I was told I could edit the order on the app only to find out later there is no way to get a refund through the app and that the store has to edit the order and fix it on their end. My order had 5 hash browns including the ones that came with the meals. I was offered to substitute the hash browns for pies but we did not want the pies. If the staff cannot figure out how to edit and change mobile orders before charging the customer or make sure the app has an updated inventory maybe turn off mobile orders until proper training can be completed.

I ordered my food through the app in advance so one would think when I arrived my food would be ready, wrong!!!! Pulled up to the window got my water and was told to pull up along with 4 other cars where I waited for over 5 minutes and nothing about my order was right. The young lady they had bringing the food out had to go back and forth several times even then I still had to go in to actually get my order correct. Will never stop at this location again.

Seriously the worst McDonald’s ever, I don’t know why I keep going back. It takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through, even if you order ahead. I’m ALWAYS missing my sauce, and my nuggets are always overcooked

We were on our way back home and stopped by this McDonald's to get my favorite Medium coffee with 1 cream and 4 sugars and after waiting for what seems like forever I told the lady if the coffee is not ready we would like to be refunded. She said ok goes to get the coffee and it wasn't hot just warm without any cream or sugar. At the end of the day times are hard so if someone chooses your establishment to spend their money please be sure to do it correctly.

How hard is it to read “BBQ sauce” on a receipt, and put it in the damn bag? Never in there if I don’t check.

Has left out certain items of mine many times, wrong sauces or none. Taste might be decent but presentation of sandwiches is horrible. I see people drive off because of how long it takes
