Worst McDonald’s ever.

Order through the app once I arrived I realized that my order was not even being made. I made the manager aware of my long wait and realized my order was buried under several other receipts. No one was even making my order she proceeded to say that she just arrived my reply was that's not my issue please give me my money back.

How at 430 pm you are out of sweet tea when I come to order two large ones at the drive thru? Then ask if I want something else. No I don’t but would have waited for some fresh sweet tea

5 cars waiting 10 plus minutes in the curbside pick up spots for there orders, was not given my change or receipt. Place should shut down with the service they give

Fish with cheese and light tartar sauce 😋 and of course the famous McDonald's fries. Usually most of the time the Sweet Tea is good. Sometimes it's light colored watered down and Not 🚫 Sweet enough.

It’s amazing how they have 7 people in one place and one can’t cover a counter. Save ya money and go to Waffle House next door

The employees here are so unprofessional and rude. They have no type of customer service skills 😕 .It took everything for me not to go off on that lady and take it there. It's like they have no type of training.
McDonalds employees please do better or just quit !!!!!

I order hear frequently for lunch on my work lunch breaks. I tend to order the same thing, quarter pound deluxe extra onions each time and each time my sandwiches is wrong. Either no extra onions, or no tomatoes, or in this case no extra onions, barley any onions at all on the sandwich, no mayo or tomatos. Due to me only having 30min to eat, going in to get it right takes another 10 min after allready sitting in the drive thru. Avoid this disaster of a restaurant

Slow service, incorrect orders, rude employees

Service needs attention. The option to order at the register and pay with cash should still be a priority. Not everyone wants to order in a impersonal way. There are people that still like to interact with others. Modern technology is making people less friendly and disconnected with others.
