Service needs attention. The option to order at the register and pay with cash should still be a priority. Not everyone wants to order in a impersonal way. There are people that still like to interact with others. Modern technology is making people less friendly and disconnected with others.

It's fast food, it's McDonald's what more can you say? At the same time, if we don't highlight the rudness of being ignored when you are no 4 standing in a visibly frustrated line in-store, the fact the entire time was in the kitchen, the cashier was walking back and forth and the was a squabble between two in the kitchen over an order of french fries then we will never have change.
