Fantastic food & customer service! We came in today, the Sunday of Masters Week, and they were slammed. No surprise there- we gladly waited 45 minutes. Many menu items were sold out, which we were told about promptly and again during Masters season, understood and still enjoyed our delicious meal. We didn’t complain, but the staff was so proactive, attentive, and kind and ensured we had an excellent experience despite the setbacks. The experience of the delicious food alone was wonderful all on its own right. I felt like I was at Sunday dinner at my grandmothers in heaven. I had to pinch myself, it was so good! In particular the pimento cheese, broccoli salad, carrot salad, and banana pudding. I don’t remember the names of the individuals that served us but BRAVO. We will surely be back!!

First time here! Had the smothered chicken, mac&cheese, cinnamon apples with cranberries, and the broccoli salad. Everything was delicious!

Nice place if you are looking for great food and service. I had the Flounder and my wife had the Chicken wrap and we shared our sides of Waldorf salad, broccoli salad, Mac & cheese and French fries. I also had the jalapeño corn bread; it was nice and moist and full of flavor. The flounder had a nice crispy coating and the tarter sauce was excellent. We finished up with banana pudding and chocolate cake.

Nice atmosphere, great server but the chicken salad had no taste,no seasoning. I've had better out of a can.

We were here for a group reserved dinner with preselected menu items. While the food was good, it was not exceptional. The waitress seemed somewhat overwhelmed and hadn’t opened the self serve wine bottles before dinner. My place was set with only a coffee spoon for my preordered soup, while they gave me a soup spoon for dessert. We may return for brunch someday, hoping for better service.

Amazing food and service in a small but lovely southern atmosphere. No one in our group of 5 was disappointed in the least.

This restaurant is a delightful place to dine... It is a visceral trip back in time to enjoy the antiquity of the old home which graciously envelopes this restaurant. The food is delicious. The menu has a very good assortment of dishes and sides. The service was kind, attentive and professional. We were taken care of splendidly. We were reminded of a dessert "owed" with the lunch entree' and chose the banana pudding. YUM! What a rich and creamy concoction that melted in my mouth. I will definately be enjoying McNeely's regularly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp and handicap space available at the side of the restaurant.

Food either too spicy or not seasoned at all. Kitchen was right behind our table only separated by drapery.

I am glad the area of North Augusta has continued the use of this old home for a restaurant. I absolutely love the Southern Charm feel of this place. You walk up to the big front porch, which has seating. Greeted by friendly staff once you open the door.
The daily specials make the menu easy to navigate. I ordered the pork chop with squash casserole and stewed cabbage. Oh my goodness, it was all delicious!!!
My husband had the Mac and cheese with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Of course I had to taste his sides. The food was perfectly flavored.
For dessert we had banana pudding and the lemon bar. Both were delicious.
Let’s just say we didn’t need any to go boxes. I had heard good things about this place. I am glad we finally had the chance to try for ourselves. We will be back!!!
