A little too sugary and not enough flavor. It was good though
I love Pelican's. The only shaved ice place with sugar free options!
Ordered 8 snowballs only for the guy to tell me they don't have any drink carriers AFTER he made them. 1 guy carrying 8 drinks. I should have left them all there and demanded a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! My shirt is now ruined from attempting to carry them. If you don't have a way for people to carry your products don't sell the products.
We've had several snowballs from this location this year, and the staff, especially a young man named Canon (my nephew), we're always friendly and helpful. Tigers blood with a dash of black cherry is the best flavor hands down.
Fast service have no lines so far
Sooo i live relatively close to pelicans and often come here the flavors are good and the staff are polite however the ice melts like super fast ( yes i understand that pelicans can't just change the temperature of the area 💀)the reason my reveiw is so low is the fact that i often have trouble pulling into here because of the amount of cars that park in the front as if their legs don't work and they will die if they walk more than two feet. it would be really nice if yall made the front gravelly portion handicap parking only 👍👍 i was almost rear ended bc i was pulling in when somebody was backing out into my lane and my rear end was literally on the 4 lane road
