This is the best home style cooking restaurant I have ever been to. It is an underrated gem in this community. I'm not a huge fan of corn bread, but im in love with this

Ordered the chitterlings plate. No regrets!! Would definitely pay more for a plate full with no side items! Macaroni was also amazing! 10/10

Stopped here on our way through to SC, saw it had 5 star review. Very friendly staff, and I must say when we walked in we were a little iffy, floors were not clean and buffet was smaller than we anticipated, but we stayed, and I'm glad we did! The food was amazing, and the portions were crazy big! Had to get a to go box. Don't let the appearance fool ya, the food is amazing! But I would recommend have a cleaner presentation.

We didn’t get to try the food because we had to wait for the food to get set up when we got there when the restaurant opened. But what worse than that was the lady with the long fingernails setting up the food. There was no way she could ever get gloves over those nails. We left before ever trying the food. That was just too unsanitary for us to enjoy the food.

It felt like mommas kitchen or family reunion. A place where everyone feels like you are known. Smiling faces, friendly staff, and wonderful customers. The food speaks for itself. It is delicious. Always enjoy it.

We found this place by accident while driving through this area. It is located right off the highway. The day we were here they had an all you can eat special for $17 that included your choice of 6 different meats and 7 different side and 3 different desserts. It is not a buffet, as the server brings the food to your table as you need more. All of the food we had was good but not outstanding. It was a really good value. Would recommend for those who are hungry and looking for a great value. Much better than a typical buffet.

We arrived about 4:30 (they close at 6:00) to the TV blaring. Very nice waitress took our order. Food was served in styrofoam to go boxes. It felt like we were interrupting. The food that we were served seemed as if it had been sitting most of the day and we got the leftovers. It was not the quality that I expected. The table had crumbs and dried food on it, I cleaned it myself. I have heard such wonderful things about this restaurant and was looking forward to trying it, the wait staff was wonderful, that’s just not enough to bring me back. So glad to hear that you are doing such a great business so I won’t be missed. Edit to ad. The TV was blaring because (the waitress said) the owner wanted to hear himself on a TV interview.
