We ordered a pizza almost two hours ago. It said it was being delivered and we live three minutes from the store. Never came. We called and they said it was on the wait. Wait longer…nothing. Call again and they said it’s on the way again. What makes us more upset is the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone. She passed it off to her employee when we specifically asked for her. We STILL are waiting with no pizza. If it wasn’t EVERY time we dang order from here it would be one thing but every order is messed up.

I'm sick of thieves at this location stop adding extra tips on receipts delivery drivers are adding tips on customer receipts after I gave them a cash tip you add more this is stealing from people and I hope you get what you deserve but my bank will be taking back the full amount because you doing fraud so count your days

Got the 2 pizza special. Wrong crust on one pizza. Other pizza quality was of medium quality. Building has been remodeled, but not being maintained to Pizza Hut standards. Noticed bickering between employees in background.

I placed order to get pizza at 2:30. Pizza was late arriving. No communication whatsoever. The driver also was VERY RUDE. He didn’t speak or anything. Gave me my pizzas and just gave me a blank stare. He also was VERY RUDE to my daughter. She said hey and thank you. He didn’t say anything back to her. You do not treat a little girl like that.

If I could give a 0 I would, so tonight I went to pick up my order that said it was ready. When I got there i was told 10 more minutes. After 10 mins it was 8, four minutes after the 8 mins my order comes out, I ask for a ranch for the inconvenience and the rep Hannah Rose threw it on my food causing it to waste. I’ve never experienced anything like this and I’m still pissed at the poor customer service I received. I asked if they had cameras they said they don’t have any I’m calling all the way to the top until I get the apology I deserve. If customers orders aren’t right DON’T CLEAR THEM OFF!!!!

App said my order was ready, went inside and she said they were in the oven. 5 minutes later I watched them put my pizzas in the oven.

I called and reached a phone service that determines your delivery address and I guess handles all orders for local restaurants. The gentleman who answered the phone obviously did not care to be at work on this occasion, nor did he care for customers in any way shape or form. He came across this quite rude and honestly tickled to death to find out that my local restaurant had a power outage and wasn't open.

All other pizza stores were open after the storm, except the north augusta Pizza Hut
When they finally opened 3 days after the storm, they wound ONLY let you order a thin crust pepperoni pizza for $13.99 carry out only. I ordered (2) pepperoni with extra cheese. I received one pepperoni and one cheese. Neither had extra cheese.
Wont ever order from this location again. This is the only Pizza Hut I have seen that does not have dine in.

Parking: There is 4 parking spots and a muddy when it rains side yard with no gravel .

This place gets a higher rating because of the people working there who are excellent when it comes to customer service. But the business itself has a lower rating because many think we have forgotten the difference between what a large pizza was and a medium pizza. After the pandemic , someone got the idea of selling less for more! I wait for the return of getting your money's worth which hasn't happened with the price increase of less for more money.
