Autumn took exvellent care of me. She went out of her way to make sure my order met my dietary limitations and was prepared exactly as i requested.

Used to love their salad bar BUT not anymore!! I don't know why the health dept hasn't shut this place down! (both locations) My flip flops literally stuck to the floor and I walked right out of them š³ and that's where I draw the line. Always short staffed too and they don't monitor the salad bar well. I give up!

I meant to write this last week. But had a lasting memory w my families experience. Ruby's North Augusta, SC! It was GREAT. Kaylee was AWESOME. She was bubbly and very accommodating. Made us laugh and a breath of fresh air. I am 62, and told her that her parents raised her well. She made us feel welcomed and she was a ā star waitress. IAN- MGR. came out afterwards, and was equally kind, and made us feel happy about our experience, as well. I have been going to Ruby's across America for decades. Pick up time at 7:38 p.m. didn't get our food until 8:04 is ridiculous then tho deal with rude nasty workers! š then we have left the place only to find out that they kept part of the $15 order my daughter didnt get all of her chicken tenders. The 1 chicken tender that she did get was a burned piece and her breadstick never again I will be filing a complaint soon if someone doesn't fix this issue immediately. The young man named: Emmanuel R that brought the order out was the only one that was respectful
Dashon, our waitress was very friendly. We had the all you can eat salad bar. Which is our favorite. Other Ruby Tuesdays should take note. We went to the North Augusta instead of the Evanās one. Next time we will try all the new items they added.

Went in during my lunch break and was sat quickly and had drinks. Ordered the same thing as the guest with me (salmon bowl), waited over 35 minutes and was brought the wrong food. No apology, nothingā¦ we told them we couldnāt wait for them to cook the correct thing - all they said was āok, thanks, have a good dayā. No apology or trying to correct it. This isnāt the first time the wait has been this long, but we wanted to try it againā¦ TERRIBLE service.

The service was amazing, but the restaurant was old and raggedy. We needed to sit a party of 10, which they had no problem doing. The restroom was horrible it smelled like urine and needed to be cleaned. The food made my stomach upset. I just had a burger and fries with the salad bar. The salad bar looked kinda picked thru. IF they keep this open and make those changes, they might survive to see another day.

I used to like going to this Ruby Tuesday. We went on Easter Sunday - I have not been in probably a year as the last few times have not been a good experience. This past Sunday was not much different - they were not very busy, restaurant only about 1/2 full, and some take out. Our waitress was pleasant but did not come around often while we waited quite some time for our food - a long time. We were in bar area near kitchen, and while we were waiting someone, a man...I take it a manager, was yelling and screaming at staff in the kitchen. This went one a minute or so - I understand people not following directions, but this was unprofessional and did nothing for the already poor atmosphere of service and waiting.
