this is the second time coming here will not go back we had to wait forever for someone to acknowledge us standing waiting on someone to come Seat us and there was only 11 people sitting at tables. we got the salad bar to start off with no plates at bar one of the servers at the bar on the phone instead of getting some plates people were just waiting very unprofessional. i had to ask for a refill on drinks and the ribeye steak was so tough i never been in a restaurant where the rap music was so loud in the kitchen we heard it all at our tables just a waste of $86.00 dollars Never Again‼️

Come here alot for lunch. This is twice I came with work staff and was completely disappointed with the food.😞 We had 2 steaks that were supposed to be medium well, sent them both as they were still bleeding!! Got them back to the table and 1 was so tough you couldn't cut it with a knife much less chew it. They cooked another one that finally showed up as we were getting ready to leave. Do better Ruby Tuesdays, you just lost a couple of loyal customers!

Horrible service, long wait with hardly anyone there so there shouldnt have been a wait with what we went through. Waited 15 min to be seated with most of the restaurant empty. I dont feel like typing more. The place sucked because of the people.

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this place. My mother, my son and I came here to get a nice meal and we're very disappointed. The place was empty except for maybe a couple people. The wait time was ridiculous. The chicken was dry, the shrimp was overcooked, the fish was subpar and the zucchini was overly salted. My mom and I finally got a refill just before we finished our food. My mom had only gotten three pieces of shrimp with her tilapia. It's was very cold in there. You would think spending $100 at a place like this you would expect to have very good food, but that just was not the case here. I'm not sure if it's just this location or if they're all like this but this is one place we won't be coming back to. It's no wonder this place is always empty.

Its a nice little setting for a casual family dinner or friendly outing. My server was Ophelia, very sweet, honest about the food and drinks, and attentive with the table. I will come back soon.

My self and my boyfriend went for lunch today and was totally disappointed 😡😡now my waiter she was new and did awesome but the cook he cooked the mushroom Swiss burger raw in the middle I ordered a bacon cheeseburger there no bacon and I ordered tater tots I got cold fries and waited on my tots like 15 minutes my boyfriend was done when I got the tots my burger was cold so I didn't eat it sent it back paid for my boyfriends meal drinks and salad and tipped the waiter very nice apologized and everything but the cook was awful and very unattended of our order I'm very disappointed 😡 because I love ruby Tuesdays well I did I hope you will address your cook with this issue.
