It was ok. The description of the ribs was "cooked until the fall of the bone" is not very accurate. They were cooked but they were tough. The sauce was very good. (Hickory bourbon). Service was good.

Salad bar was awful. It was almost entirely empty. The salad bar personnel walked out. It look like it had not been cleaned in hours. The bartender was trying her best to waitress, fix drinks and take to go orders. KUDOS to the bartender!!!!

My husband and I decided to go to Ruby Tuesday in North Augusta. My husband ordered the sampler that has 3 different food choice items…one of which is fried chicken bites. Well, he bit into it and immediately spit it back out because of the bad taste. To our surprise, it was completely raw inside. We showed it to the waitress and told her to make sure she took it to the manager. We sat there for another 15 minutes before she comes back and says, “I showed it to my manager, and he said to take it off your bill.” We’re thinking, did he really think we were going to pay for raw food? He actually never came out, and more importantly never apologized for serving us raw chicken. Absolutely disgusting! Never again Ruby Tuesday.

Cannot rate the food because we were never waited on. We sat for 20 minutes and no one took our order. Not even our drink order. If you don’t want us there just say so.I guess 4 tables was too much.

Our party of four arrived for late mid week lunch. The place had just a few tables occupied. After ordering our drinks and meals, two of us made a trip to the salad bar. I ended up making a second trip. Finally after over 45 minutes, our meals arrived. The food was just average. The cause of the delay seemed to be a lack of kitchen help as the waitresses were not busy at all. Needless to say, we'll never return.

Lately, I have enjoyed each and every time that I visit the North Augusta Ruby Tuesday's. The staff always makes me feel at home and makes me want to be a regular customer again. Charles sets the tone for the with his leadership and openness to constructive criticism. It looks like I'll be spending more weekends & some weeknights at the Ruby Tuesday's in North Augusta.

My husband picks me up for lunch, and we're supposed to go to Wife Saver. He says how about we go to Ruby Tuesday, I want a salad. I say ok, that's fine. Get there. Wait in the lobby forever to be seated. Go to walk out because we've waited long enough. A lady says we'll be right with you. Another lady comes up that looks like she hates Ruby Tuesdays with a passion, or maybe serving the public in general. She seats us. We put our orders in. They take 15 minutes to get our drinks out to us. Then after we eat our salads he tries to get us to pay..... we haven't even received our meals yet. He finally bring out meals out. Here come Ruby-hater to our table and asks what kind of vehicle we drive. We tell her and she said a lady just hit it in the parking lot. My husband goes out there and sure enough it's been side swiped on the passenger side. Me and my son finish up our meals, and we go out to talk to the lady and the cop. Very eventful lunch. Needless to say my husband should have listened to me and went to Wife Saver! This is not the first time we've had bad service there. We thought it would have gotten better.... apparently not. I don't see this location open much longer if they don't get their act together.

This restaurants been around since I’ve been born. I’ve always loved going here and I’ve always enjoyed the food. But I can honestly say it has gone downhill bad. The blonde haired manager sucks. The curbside pickup sucks. The food is subpar. Really disappointed in this restaurant.
