The rooftop bartender Cameron is very rude and unprofessional! I thought she was going to jump over the bar while she was arguing with two other guests! And another group of people broke out into a fight at the same time! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! I don’t know how the management lets things like this happen.

The place is nice but the service is seriously lacking. Waitress nowhere to be found. Bartender nowhere to be found. Food was ordered an hour ago and the food is still nowhere to be found.

I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere was nice. But the food was disappointing. No presentation, no flavor.

The prices that are on the website are NOT the same that are on the menu the waitress gave us. That was totally misleading. We simply walked out. I will not recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is located inside of the Crowne Plaza hotel, across from SRP Park. Service from the hostess and the waitress was great. Manager even came by the table to check on us during dinner. The atmosphere was great and everything we saw looked very clean and well kept. The food presentation had us excited we had dined here. Then comes the taste. We ordered the meat and cheese platter for an appetizer, a caesar salad, and the Bison steak and swordfish dinners. The food can only be described as ok. Not bad, but definitely not great. The best tasting thing we had was the caesar salad. If we're paying $75+ a person, the food should have tasted much better than it did. It was disappointing to say the least. This is where I feel they lost a lot of value.

Service was good food was great but the smoke coming in the dining room was overwhelming. The door was propped open didn't help. Can't say it was a wonderful experience.

It was a bit pricey and I wanted more of a selection but the food was AMAZING no one from our party had a complaint about the food or service. The items on the menu are ALL a hit

Food was fantastic, I was with a group of 8 and we ate 100% of everything. None of us were brave enough to try the Kangaroo, but the ostrich and bison were delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and no complaints here. Totally worth a try.

Disappointment from a high end restaurant. I've been here a few times before and it has definitely declined when it comes to food. My birthday dinner. I couldn't wait to get my oysters what a disappointment. The oysters look like clams smaller than ever before (12 for $50 plus) the topping was larger than the oysters the oysters came on half shell but wasn't attached to the shell it was like they ordered shells placed a can oyster on top added topping and sprinkled some bacon on top not what I experienced the previous times . I spoke with manager and she was very understanding and said she wanted me to enjoy my birthday so keep the oysters at no charge. A nice gesture but I tried one and it's was so gritty not edible I said no thank you and sent them back anyways ...really bad I will post picture site allows from what I previously received and what I was served. Now entrees simple easy dish husband ordered shrimp and grits I ordered fish (salmon) and grits. just continued to go downhill. Terrible presentation. grits definitely not stone grits white in color with running sauce around dish with shrimp on top no sauce came with fish and grits it was hard to believe this came from the kitchen All i could do was shake my head my I didn't even taste my dish my husband told me to taste his grits (tasteless) he said we're not accepting this when we know what it suppose to look/taste like . I forgot to take picture of entrees before sending them back as well .. 2 drinks a piece. no food. Manager was very understanding and said she would see what's going on in kitchen . I asked for check for drinks $50 plus and had to find another location for dinner. Chef came out and made it to our table before we departed asked how was everything we explained he apologized and said the company sent the wrong oysters to them so instead of taking it off the menu when you know it was not your standard you serve it anyways at that price with no heads-up and bad entrees.

During our stay at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta, my husband and I had dinner at Salt & Marrow Kitchen. Even with reservations, we waited nearly 40 minutes for someone to take our drink order after being seated. While the staff were sincerely apologetic and pleasant throughout, the delay left a less-than-favorable first impression.

The menu offered some intriguing options, including kangaroo and ostrich, which definitely caught my attention. I opted for the lamb, and my husband chose the shrimp and grits. The food was decent, though not particularly memorable.

Despite the slow service, the staff’s kindness and professionalism stood out, and I’d consider visiting again to give them another try. Four stars for effort and hospitality.

Took my wife out to dinner for a special evening meal while in the area on a conference. We had eaten breakfast at the restaurant one morning, and we just finished dinner. Food at both meals were delicious. My wife is very fastidious about grits, and the Chef's grits were perfect.

Our dinner meal was a 12oz New York Strip, the Blackened Pasta, and a couple of signature cocktails. The food was absolutely delicious from presentation to completion. We also split a hearty slice of the made in house carrot cake and it was excellent. We also had a visit from the Chef which is always a great touch.

Were were very satisfied with our food, our table service (very responsive and never intrusive), and the overall atmosphere.

Started at their rooftop bar and enjoyed a drink and a cigar. Wonderful to have a place to do that. Went downstairs and ate on their outdoor patio. The food was fantastic and I had one of the best steaks I have had in years, cooked perfectly. Waitress was super nice and accommodating. Enjoyed more drinks and another cigar by the firepit after dinner. Was a great place to celebrate our anniversary and will definitely go back.

The food is pretty good if you can actually get it. I have been twice now and have waited almost an hour for food. Most recently, I only ordered yogurt and it took an hour for Y O G U R T. I can’t with this place.
