Indeed the tomato mozzarella basil sandwich. What is this??? Bread with some slight flavoring. And two little pieces of tomato (not even a slice) is hardly a sandwich with that as a main ingredient….a smear of cheese….food is just getting worse here.
We love our local coffee spot!
I have tried repeatedly but this is the worst Starbucks, I can't ever get what I order, I have to go back and have it remade. I can understand, it happens sometimes but it is every time at this location so as of today I will drive to Augusta to not deal with the headache.
They can never get my wife's coffee right. Literally a blonde café misto with steamed oat milk and Splenda. They constantly use espresso instead of coffee.
We ordered for the dining room and were the only ones here. Had to play second fiddle to the Door Dash and drive thru. Took over 20 minutes to get our order and didn’t even know it was finally ready. That’s what I get for tipping hourly hospitality workers.

this starbucks is horrible.
Nobody spoke smiled anything. Took almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and we were the only ones in line. When I asked which one had the especial shot, she said it's on the sticker. I thought you were supposed to call out the drink and the name we give in the beginning. Just didn't feel like we were in starbucks.... even the merchandise display was shabbie. Only had two choices to choose from it wasn't your typical starbucks they didn't even have protein boxes or anything on display to choose from. The atmosphere was just asleep and not up to par 😴

This location never seems to be in stock of the seasonal menu items. Their app is always showing out of stock items. Would rather drive another 10mins down the road to get what I want.

Clean, quick and friendly service. They have a drive thru as well as a sitting area with free wifi. This is a fairly new Starbucks. It's freestanding right beside Arby's.
Parking: There is plenty of parking and the lot is well lit. Safe area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for someone in a wheelchair to maneuver.

I ask for just dragonfruit and the lady acted dumb putting mango in it. I know its supposed to be purple but i wanted JUST dragonfruit no mango at all .she was still like its purple from the dragonfruut though. Still NOT what im wanting. And i threw it away when i got home. I WILL NOT BE BACK BC U HAVE PPL WHO CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND A SIMPLE ORDER.
