Limited selection, no bakery items, coffee quality on par with others. They sacrifice the walk in customers in favor of those driving through. Annoying. And they forget things, like sugar or cup holders etc. the ambience is not cafe/ lounge style youd expect, more like a fast food joint.

My daughter and I walked in…very unfriendly and unpleasant atmosphere. We stood in line and we were the only ones in line…no greeting no can we take your order nothing. No one acknowledged us with over 10 workers behind the counter. I left without ordering. I don’t spend money where customer service is trash and I’m not wanted! Would not recommend

This is hands down THE BEST STARBUCKS! I literally come through every single day for over a year and have NEVER had a bad experience the staff is so friendly the store is always so clean and overall very well ran! Hannah and Collin make the most bomb drinks and definitely deserve a raise! Love my exit 5 crew! 🙌🎉
Indeed the tomato mozzarella basil sandwich. What is this??? Bread with some slight flavoring. And two little pieces of tomato (not even a slice) is hardly a sandwich with that as a main ingredient….a smear of cheese….food is just getting worse here.

I have tried repeatedly but this is the worst Starbucks, I can't ever get what I order, I have to go back and have it remade. I can understand, it happens sometimes but it is every time at this location so as of today I will drive to Augusta to not deal with the headache.
We ordered for the dining room and were the only ones here. Had to play second fiddle to the Door Dash and drive thru. Took over 20 minutes to get our order and didn’t even know it was finally ready. That’s what I get for tipping hourly hospitality workers.

They can never get my wife's coffee right. Literally a blonde café misto with steamed oat milk and Splenda. They constantly use espresso instead of coffee.
