The district manager, Kristen, is a vile, foul-mouthed tyrant who callously axes her employees and engages in inappropriate out-of-work relationships with her subordinates. She's a disgrace and a festering sore to Starbucks' supposed mission, values and ethos. The previous store manager, a shining beacon of positivity, was ruthlessly and wrongfully ousted to accommodate Kristen's parasitic bond with his replacement. Both professionally and personally she is scum incarnate. Anyone who dared to challenge this injustice was summarily dismissed, their voices silenced by the Kristen and Kase (the current store manager). The old manager, who poured heart and soul into Starbucks, was rewarded with nothing but a hangman’s noose and a pink slip. Shame on Starbucks, for shamelessly condoning such unjust terminations, and it should hang its head in utter disgrace! You all deserve nothing but scorn and condemnation. Also, free Palestine ?? and Free Congo ??!

they are so slow here and by the time you get to the window to get your mobile order it’s all melted! They only want to work on one car at a time, won’t even let you pull up until the other car has left the window so you’re left sitting at the menu forever! Horrible customer service and def won’t be back it’s crazy how much they don’t care at all! Don’t waste your time, go down to Dunkin and get faster service and nicer people!!

The coffee was fine, but it seemed like the barista's and other staff were more concerned with their drive thru than the customers in the actual store. They were quick with orders, just seemed like moral was down some and they weren't having a good day.

I ordered 2 grande caramel crunch frappe and it was horrible, even the Birthday cake cake pop was horrible. I heard the employee with pink hair tell a customer she only has two hands. $21.27 waisted. Thanks for nothing. Will NOT be back to this Starbucks. The male cashier has a great attitude.
