Order the number 15 Titan turkey, footlong. The footlong is supposed to have 16 slices of turkey meat. Why was my footlong only given 8 slices. Cutting corners the same profit loses customers

Order 2 times a week every week, I order the daily special meal deal and a philly steak and cheese and the orders are consistently wrong, drinks and chips missing, wrong ingredients. The door dash drivers are always courteous and offer to go back and get them but when you call there to correct or get a refund they never answer the phone

Today I visited the subway near Circle K in North Augusta and I had Harold as my server and I must say that today was five star experience and I’m very happy I visited today. Usually when I come in here, I don’t get the service but I just found out one of the managers does not work here anymore so I suggest that everybody in North Augusta and surrounding areas come visit the subway five star service and the food is excellent

There was nobody in line and the staff just ignored me. After waiting 10 min I had to walk out because my dog was in the car waiting. Very sad.

I just want to give a shout to the store and Diego particularly for delivering great service and professionalism. Of of the best stores in CSRA. Aside from the store some of the Doordashers are subpar. Some will take the tip but won't follow up to ensure the order etc is correct. Something to consider.

My husband and i came to order 2 platters for an event that we had going on, thinking 2 platters would do fine. We came back today, Kia And her morning team not only provided excellent service for us, but also gave excellent service to her lunch, rush customers as well. It has been A while since good customer service has happened and I really think these young ladies for working with us during their busy hour. Also, we were in a rush as well, so thank you guys very much.

Just placed a pick-up order for two flatbread footlongs for dinner for myself and my husband. I didn't know we had to open up the wrapped sandwich at the restaurant before leaving to make sure that our instructions were followed on how we wanted our sandwiches made. Ticket clearly says flatbread for both and both had artisan bread. I don't eat anything but flatbread there. Now I wasted $20 to end up hungry. They are still open and when I call, the phone just rings and rings and rings. Poor service.I even tipped too.
