Needs to be re staffed or shut down. Period
Food amount was way less then normal.
I love the inside of this taco bell, food has been good in the past. Me and my friends went inside this most recent time, and two of us asked for a water cup (you can't order one at the kiosk) and the manager was incredibly rude and was yelling at us that he was going to call the police if we didn't get just water. One of the drive through employees had to pause what she was doing to go get me a cup, and he only got my friend a cup when he said he was diabetic.
Incompetent staff.
Clean inside, staff was very friendly and food was made correctly. Asked for extra cheese on the side, they charged $1 extra which was alot considering the container was only 1inch wide, enough for a few fries if that.
I never see a manager here. Your food wait in the restaurant once you get someone to take your order can be up to 30 minutes. The staff is busy and friendly but there is no management.
People are friendly, service is quick.
Night shift is dirty, and rude as ever, slow because they don’t have enough workers and have extremely poor customer service and management
Some of the best Taco Bell I have ever had! Workers were super nice, and my food was very fresh.
Any time I pick up food here I have to wait a RIDICULOUS amount of time. They need to get it together.

Food is very expensive for what you get! There is absolutely NO customer service, you order from a kiosk and that's it. Not.a fan
Don’t go here unless you’re going to drive thru 🤞(maybe the service is better) or you want to place your order (I was told kiosk only). There aren’t any Taco Bell’s near me so I drove to this one to satisfy my craving 👎 big mistake! There was no customer service, I grabbed for sauce to find packets stuck together from dried sauce 🤮 The cherry on top was when I got home to eat my food only to find that half of my chicken quesadilla had no chicken… so I call the store and spoke to the manager (Kamm, he said). After sharing my problem he explains that the quesadilla only comes with one scoop of meat 🤔 I don’t need to know how to make it I just wanted to eat it so he says I can’t just give you another one, you’ll have to bring that one back… lol too easy! It kills me how people are placed in positions of authority and still have no common courtesy for customers. I will definitely hold on to this chicken quesadilla until the next time I go that way but I don’t want another one… I want my money back cause I’m bringing EVERYTHING back! TOO EASY Kamm and I’ll be sure to take my money elsewhere going forward.
Total lack of interest in personal service. They want everybody to order from a machine. Cash is not king in this place. There needs to be some customer service training where clients feel like they are welcome to dine in and have interaction with ordering and service.
This is the dumbest Taco Bell I ever been to you need a passcode to get in the bathroom then they want get it to you you have to wait for some one to come open it and the food is not that good the staff walk around with a attitude I never come to this Taco Bell no more it so bad that it make me want to stop got to all Taco Bell dumbest thing ever
we waited over 20 minutes in the lobby along with plenty other people waiting longer than us and the food was cold by the time we got it worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had
