If you’re picking up for for DoorDash at this store be prepared to wait 25-35 mins for some tacos because they be taking their time to do it. On-time rate at this store for your history of delivering is going to fall pretty quickly down compared to other stores.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I placed a order in the app for pickup when I got to the restaurant about 15 minutes after placing it they knew nothing about my order. I waited almost a hour and then left. No food. Mind you I wasn't the only one waiting for their order in the lobby no worker spoke to us or nothing we had to spoke up but they no problem giving the people in the drive through there orders. I want my money. Close this location or get good workers.

I hate to be the one writing hater reviews but Taco Bell is my favorite place, and this was so so insane. I went to this establishment on Monday. I wanted to customize my order, but only had cash. This meant I had to go inside and use the tablet and then finish paying at the counter. Well I do just that except no one comes to the register or acknowledges me while I’m waiting with my cash in hand. To make matters worse I wasn’t allowed to eat before my doctors appointment that morning so it was 12 and I had not had a drop of food and I’m PREGNANT. I waited for so long and finally someone shows up and starts typing on the register in front of me. Then walks away! Without saying a word. I wait longer and by now there’s a line and I’m watching about 6 people work in front of me. Then some kid comes up and says “what’s your order name? Oh okay well this cash register *points to the drive thru register 5 feet away* is the only one that takes cash” and walk away. I said “okay” and went to hand him my $20 bill so he could ring me up but he was gone too fast. Why is bro trying to be mysterious? Can you not take my money? Are you saying I should walk through the dang drive through to get someone to take my cash? Why did you word it like that? Do I leave? Idk bro. The guy behind me is mad and making comments about throwing hands. I’m starving to death. It’s been 15-20 minutes at this point and I walk out and go through the drive thru. They take my cash finally. Worst experience ever. Not to mention my food? Cold. My burrito? Just not well made. I get this order a lot so I know when it’s good. I’m upset overall.
